I was buying something for my mom at this Talbots for her birthday, and they were extremely helpful. Everybody there gets along and converses with the customers like friends. The store itself is kept very clean and neat, even when it’s packed with people. The girl who helped me was young and attractive, but dressed in Talbots and was very nice. She showed me many possibilities and we even looked up my mom’s account to see her size and style. We ended up with a knit dress and for 25% off. They could have more sales associates working because not everyone was being helped, but overall it was a nice store with nice people.
