Awesome guy Joshua, working the window tonight. Polite and made my experience great! Good addition to the drive thru!

Once again I visited this location during lunch time. Today’s visit was not a good experience:
Went inside and ordered a cheese personal pan pizza. While I waited a few minutes to get my pizza I decided I’ll sit down and patiently wait — perhaps they are making more… After waiting 15 minutes I had enough when I went to ask the girl handing out the orders how much longer for the pizza she says — «oh cheese pizza?!» So she checks the little by holding oven and pulls out a cheese pizza and places it in a bag for me.
It was ready this whole time that I was waiting ! The pizza was not fresh and had probably been sitting there for a while. I was hungry and in a rush — I don’t have time to continue wasting on this place.
The girl who took my order couldn’t take the time to check what was taking so long on my pizza — she was too busy training a new girl on the register.
Customer service was horrible today.
They obviously don’t care about customers…
I’ll avoid this place… Don’t want to go thru the same thing again.

I have always enjoyed eating at this Taco Bell but for the past few weeks I have had incorrect orders and missing items! This location always seems to change employees pretty often as well! It makes me wonder if the employees are the reason for my troubles or if it’s management! I must say that the last two times of visiting this location they have improved a little!

Not much to say here. This location is pretty much on par with most other locations. What keeps me coming back to this more than any other besides being somewhat close to home is that it is open the latest of all the others in the area. And it is very rare they run out of food like many others are when they are close to closing. All in all good stuff.
