Owner called me and apologize for employee being rude and told me she has never been like that! He was very polite, and nice! Too bad he has Mari acting like the owner. Will never go back!

Horrible service-​avoid at all costs.
During my first year there, the service was decent. However, a few weeks ago, I noticed that THREE of my dress shirts had similar holes in different places. When I took one of the shirts there to point out the problem, they immediately denied any responsibility, without checking out the other two shirts. The woman at the front counter was (Mari – jet black hair??) horribly rude, going as far as accusing me of maltreating my shirts. She also suggested I take my business elsewhere. So I did. My conversation with the owner was the same. Good riddance. Avoid this place.

came here to try out their alterations as there were good reviews here. The lady wanted to charge me $ 12 to take in a cotton t shirt that cost me $ 20 to buy. Didn’t leave that b/​c the price was ridiculous. I did leave pants to take in at the waist. She did not align the new seams she put in with the existing seam on one side which is just sloppy. Wouldn’t have been a big deal if they were dark pants but they are white and now look so cheap with a crooked seam in the back. Won’t be back here.

Use to like the place until I was over charged and treated rudely. The «so called manager”(Mari) actually told me to go across the street to Sir Galloway. This after giving them my business for 3 years.

When it comes to alterations, Sunset Cleaners you are incredible and affordable unlike other dry cleaners who over charge. You’ve hemmed jeans, repaired torn dresses and replaced broken zippers on complicated skirts. You are always on time and your service is impeccable. I like that you have two parking spots reserved just for clients in the front of your store because really the shopping plaza were you are located is one of the busiest. You get a high-​five for expediting items I need by the next day and doing them professionally. I also really appreciate your honesty, just this week I brought you a skirt and your seamstress told me she didn’t want to fix it because she might damage it since the fabric is so delicate. I let her try anyway and she promised to do her best and she made my skirt like new.
