I’ve been here twice and both times the baristas were super friendly. I was surprised by how small it is inside, but I got my drinks quickly so it wasn’t a big problem.

Service is good. They keep their cool even with the most rude of customers. Only reason I’m giving it four stars is because it’s very small, makes me feel claustrophobic especially since this Starbucks gets a lot of customers.

Dear Starbucks of the Falls,
With all of the turnaround I’ve been seeing with stores opening and closing, it is a wonder why you haven’t found a bigger location. That’s the main reason for my 2-​star rating. It’s impossible to stand in this tiny, cramped space without feeling claustrophobic, or like wanting to steal someone else’s coffee just to get the hell out of here. This place is as tiny as my closet! I have to agree with Amy M’s review… I am sure you lose a lot of business due to the overcrowding. I too have walked away on a few occasions for this same reason…
Other than the space issue (which to me is a big deal), the staff is nice and friendly and the orders are always made to perfection. Your saving grace… Hopefully corporate will figure it out and rent a bigger location ASAP. I’ve seen plenty of storefronts come and go…

The service at this location is always great, but, good Lord, who designed this store? It is like a shoe-​box in here!!! I can’t believe that anyone thought it would be a good idea to open a Starbucks in a busy mall that has the dimensions of a thimble. I’m sure they lose a lot of business because of this, as I know I have walked by, looked inside at the crowded mess, and kept walking. I just don’t get it.

I come here so often that they know my order without even asking! «Passion fruit iced tea-​lemonade today Vicky»? Why yes. The staff is nice, friendly and fast. I really enjoy coming here.
The line can quickly develop out the door, due to the fact that it’s small.
