I just come in on Fridays but Chris is always the one to serve my coffee and he’s unforgettable! Great personality!

Plenty of seating but pack your winter jacket if you intend on staying a while… freezing.

This Starbucks is one of the largest I’ve ever been to. It’s got plenty of outside and inside seating. Perfect place to study or gather around with friends. The employees are some of the best I’ve ever encountered and the barista, Michael, is hilarious. Seriously this is top 3 Starbucks ever. If you’re in the area definitely visit them.

Doesn’t matter what time of day you go, whether you’ve used the mobile app or not — you will wait a long time for your order. I’ve never been able to get in and out under 17 minutes whether I come at 7am, 9am, 12pm or 3pm. 1. The line is always long in the morning because of all the offices in the blue lagoon area. So if you stop in between 8am and 10am, you will wait in line for at least 20 min and then another 10 for your order to be made. Plan accordingly! 2. Happy about the mobile order? Well they really only see the orders about 50% of the time. So you can show up 10 min after you place your order and it’s a crapshoot whether they’ve made it or seen it come through. 3. Turnover is very high here. So part of the reason why operations are so slow is that the baristas are always in the process of being trained. So they don’t know how to make the drinks or they make them veerrrryyy slowly. 4. It’s a large Starbucks with lots of seating space. So that means it’s never quiet. Lots of people are here to have meetings or to chat. This is fine but note that it’s not a Starbucks where you can go study. This is the only Starbucks in the area for a while — so just plan your time accordingly!

What a great Starbucks! They are busy but efficient and still courteous. They actually call your name instead of drink order. I was pleasantly surprised.

What a nice Starbucks location! There is plenty of natural light, lots of tables for gatherings intimate or large, and multiple power outlets. The noise level was also very low, no loud music of people. This was super enjoyable since my mom and I met up to unwind after a crazy cargo sales meeting at the airport. The service was quite fast. The original barista to take our order was a little anxious to get done with us because it was just about time for her shift to come to an end. But no worries she corrected the pastry order and got our drinks on the way. I didn’t hear what my mom ordered to drink, but she got a lemon pound cake warmed up. I got a chai tea latte, those are one of my favorites. When I got mine I wasn’t too thrilled it just tasted like warm milk. I never like to butt in front of people so I made the line at the register. I was just going to ask them if they could fix it up for me. The barista actually making the beverages called me by name!(Love that!) well… my moms name lol. With a smile and no complaints she fixed me drink! We sat around for maybe half an hour before leaving. I would definitely return to this Starbucks!

Do not come to this Starbucks! I placed my order through the app 10 minutes before I got there and it still was not ready. Once they gave me the coffee I’m there waiting and they didn’t ask what I was missing. 5 minutes later I checked a bag that was on the other side of the counter without a sticker and it was mine. Not only did they make me wait but the point of this is to go in and pick up your order not wait! They have no communication skills. If you need to pick up coffee quick DONOTCOMETOTHISSTARBUCKS!

Originally we were headed for Ice Cream but since the drive was way to far, we thought we would get some coffee instead. The moment we walked in we were greeted by a gentleman named Gino(if I am not mistaken) short with glasses. Greeted us, and was beyond polite!!! Heated up my croissant and SPELLEDMYNAMECORRECTLY lol. Smile all the time and drinks were ready within 5 minutes. I write this review before I really appreciate there attentiveness and that’s not usual at any Starbucks that is filled with people in a rush! Great job Gino, great work! Visited on Saturday Oct. 31 around 3 pm. [Just in case I got his name wrong, I wish for him to get the credit for his attentiveness]

I love this Starbucks! I’m from out of town here on business and every morning for the past two weeks I’ve come in for my regular coffee fix. I order a grande flat white with dolce cinnamon and caramel. Mike the manager always greets me, calls me by name and remembers my order to the T. The rest of the staff is polite as well as beautiful. I really enjoy coming to this Starbucks and will remember the staffs professionalism and hospitality.

My husband and I drove here for coffee but had a bad experience. They have bad customer service, rude cashier had to repeat the order twice, the coffee is good but service ruins it. The place is nice and clean.

This location is very busy. The parking lot is kind of tight, but the seating inside is nice, and the staff is friendly. Prepare yourself for a line, because it was about 20 people deep the last time I was in there. The food was tasty, the drinks were up to the brand standard, and the vibe was cool. Ill be back.

Super friendly workers, they really go out of their way to make sure they got it right! It’s been fun getting to know our local bistro community as we gather here on a regular basis. Join in the conversation sometime if you have time!

By far the SLOWEST Starbucks on earth. It’s all on poor management here. Line out the door and two baristas are cleaning off chairs. I’ve been waiting LITERALLY15 mins for one latte. Manager is present. Doesn’t seem to notice.

As of January 2015, this location has deteriorated since its first couple of years in operation. I get it – retail is hard, and it’s easy to fall behind when you’re dealing with high foot traffic in a city full of sloppy, selfish pigs, but I’ve been to stores in NYC that were in better shape. Sweep up once in a while so your floor doesn’t look like that of a taxi. Turn down the music just a tad so the Miami chicas don’t have to scream«like» and«literally» so loudly. The trash is always overflowing, and I ain’t talking about the clientele!

THEWORST Starbucks you will ever, EVER go to!!! The sign says they open at 7 am but NEVER do; the workers are SUPERRUDE and make you feel like you are interrupting their day with your order. With the Hyatt House right around the corner you’d think that they’d go out of their way to offer excellent service — NOPE. I don’t know who the owner of this place is, but I HIGHLY recommend that they fire the entire staff and start over; you are losing money with the«team» that’s there now. DON’T BOTHER!

I’ve been a Starbucks fan for years. As a loyal customer, I can say unequivocally this location has been the biggest disappointment. Infact, I’ve been to this location on 6 previous mornings over the past 9 days here in Miami. After enjoying my first cup of coffee and accessing their free wifi(which I love) I requested a refill. I was told I was not entitled to a refill price but would be charged the regular price(less a $.10 cup discount). This was the same barista that took my first order. Asking her why? She stated I could not leave the area then come back for a refill. I can understand and agree with this but I never stepped out of the store. She debated this with me stating that she saw me walk out of the store. I have come to 2 possible conclusions. She observed someone who looked like me(6′ Asian male in bright blue board shorts, slippers and black shirt) who also walked in and order a coffee in a predominantly Hispanic area within the previous 15 – 20 minutes, or something more offensive. Unfortunately, I believe it was the latter. No Aloha here…
