Wow I’m never going to AT&T ever again I’m going to start me and my husbands phone bill here. I went to this Sprint store today with my husband to get our new samsung galaxy phones. The staff is friendly the service was fast and quick and the store was really nice inside. No more AT&T for me sprint is way better and less expensive

My phone broke recently so I came to here to have it fixed. Thankfully they were able to fix it without any hassle. The employee Danny was really knowledgeable and helped a lot. If I ever have any phone problems again I’ll take it back here for sure (hopefully I won’t have to though!)

I really love this Sprint location!
This Sprint is situated in the same shopping center as GameStop, LA Fitness, Starbucks, and Moon Thai & Japanese Restaurant.
The store is small but seems much more spacious thanks to the open-​floor décor. It is always clean and organized when I visit.
Let me start with tech support: EXCELLENT! I had never been to a mobile phone store that didn’t scare me with difficult employees and lengthy wait times, until I visited this location. The techs at this store are very sweet, smart, and professional. What I like most is that they tell me straight up whether or not my phone has an issue that can be fixed by them or that has to be taken up with the actual company, saving tons of time on waiting around. The times I’ve taken my phone to get fixed here (won’t update, camera won’t work) they have fixed it by the end of the day. A friend of mine brought her phone here after having a recurring issue with it and they ordered her a refurbished phone right away.
When I got my iPhone 5 here, the employee who helped me was able to help me figure out how tonwaive my activation fee and everything. I recommend this location to all of my friends with Sprint.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone look like they were terribly upset here. I really like the friendly, excitable attitude the employees have. Really feels like they are a welcoming little family!
