Workers curse in front of customers while they are getting paid to socialize(I guess it’s a rude Miami thing) and bad communication skills because they made us very confused by giving us two complete different answers to one question. Very unprofessional! I love giving good reviews :(

… Back I am, letting the techies figure out my phone’s latest browser weirdness; locating me where I’m not and not finding me where I am. Update: I’m home now, midnight, and my phone has nooooooooo email. It alll disappeared, prolly into that intrarelitivistic vortex we call cyberspace. or p’rhaps Sprint is PO’ed at me ’cause I deigned to complain about a GPS that always loses me or maybe that I grumbled about 4GLTESTILL not being available though I’ve been paying for it for two years now. Naw, don’t think Sprint really sabotaged my email. Just more weirdness to solve tomorrow. Really, The employees at the Del Prado location always are smiling, helpful and friendly and probably only shake their heads at me after I turn around and leave. Never a wait, someone usually figures out what ails my phone relatively quickly, sometimes taking a half hour or so enabling me to blow a few bucks in T.J.Maxx next door. Hmmm. wonder if they work together?

Dear Sprint, Located in the shopping center across the street from the Falls, you are my local Sprint store for all issues with mine and my love’s phones. My HTC Evo has been acting up and I brought it in to the service center part of the store in order to get it checked out and fixed. This store is usually pretty packed, every time I have come here, but usually the service is decent. Your staff can range from nice and knowledgeable, to bothered and bored, but I guess that happens at any retail store. The service center gets busy quick, so I try to come here early to avoid waiting. This time, I was not so lucky. It was a Saturday afternoon, and there was an hour wait time. I ended up leaving my phone with the technician while my love and I did some shopping in the plaza(TJ Maxx, here we come!). When I returned, your technician explained my phone seemed to have some kind of technical issue(how vauge) and that it needed to be reset. It was like getting a brand new phone — I lost all my settings and info — but I guess that’s what needed to be done. I took my phone back, purchased a new case for it, and was on my way. Thanks Sprint. See you soon, I’m sure… SabrinaAnna*
