Some of the old school salesmen can act a bit like sharks, however, I HIGHLY recommend asking for Carlos Pineiro. Carlos was extremely nice and very accommodating. He was able to get me the price and accessories I wanted with minimal negotiation. He also continued to follow up with me to ensure that I was happy with my brand new Kia Soul. I got a great deal and overall had a very good experience. Thanks Carlos!
