Had a wonderful little tea luncheon on a rainy day. The tea sandwiches were so yummy and the tea was good too.
Our waiter was super nice and friendly. And the ambience was very cute. Coming back with the girls.

My wife and daughter visit this place at least one a week so I dropped in on them yesterday just to experience what they’ve been raving about.
Now keep in mind that I’m not a tea room kind of guy but I totally enjoyed myself. The décor is funky, the pastries are small, dainty and delicious and the staff just make everything fun.
Maybe I’ll stop by again, very soon actually!

Just had lunch with my mom and we fell in love with the place! It’s beautiful and lovely with a great atmosphere. My mom loved the tea and we both loved the sandwiches. Our favorites were the chicken, BRS, caprese, and fig. The owner was so sweet and welcoming. And we can’t forget about the amazing cookies! We can’t wait to go back!

This restaurant is perfect in every way. The food is delicious, the service is phenomenal, and the atmosphere is great. The sandwich sampler let’s you try four of the different mini sandwiches which is a perfect light lunch. There’s an awesome variety of teas to chose from. I tried the black currant tea and the pear spice tea and they were both delicious. The owner of the shop is very friendly and offers great suggestions for tea if you can’t decide. Finally, the fresh baked goods make a perfect dessert and are made daily at the shop, which is apparent in how they taste. It’s also reasonably priced for the quality of the food. The restaurant is small so it has a nice intimate feel to it and everywhere you look it is simply adorable. I highly recommend!

I had lunch here with my daughter — who’s in college, and we both loved it! It’s for all ages. Who wouldn’t enjoy a calm, relaxing, and charming atmosphere. Add delicious choices of tea, sandwiches, cookies and more all paired with very gracious hosts… and you’re here at Serendip-​a-​tea. I had the sandwich bites sampler — all delicious from the chicken salad one to the strawberries with goat cheese. The chocolate brownie cookie melts in your mouth and the coconut almond tea… well…lets just say I’m going to buy a bag so I can steep some at home.

A welcome surprise in many ways! Tucked away in neighborhood in Kendall (off SW 82nd ST), this «English» Tea Parlor (they serve Asian black & green tea too) succeeds in giving us a most friendly and caring service! Even though it might be recommended to make reservations for a large group, unlike most Tea salons, you can walk-​in to this, not have to order a whole «Tea» service. You can order by the glass (hot or cold) or by the pot (small or large). You can have just the beverage or order a combination of tea and pastries!!!

I’m keen on their baked goods because they are so honestly flavorful. I’m tired of going to a bakery and getting some overwrought, super-​sweet, yet bland pastry. Everything here is fresh and tastes like real ingredients.

I tried a chocolate pu-​er. Rich and smokey. Insane amount of caffeine! You know, for when you leave, when you tear out of the parking lot, spray paint your mouth chrome, and shout «Witness me!», or «I am awaited in Valhalla!» See my previous review for clarification.

Wonderful experience. The atmosphere was restful. The decorations were quaint. The servers were very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. My favorite tea was the ginger snap. All the food was delicious. Couldn’t get enough.
The only thing I might like better is if they could heat the quiche.
Otherwise it was great!

Went with daughter today for the first time and it truly was an amazing experience. The owner Iliana came to our table and it was like having a conversation with a best friend or sister. Very knowledgable about teas and they have a great selection. Gaby our waiter was awesome! We ordered the Nibbler and everything was delicious. My tea choice was the pineapple coconut black tea. Daughter had English breakfast black tea. Both were delicious. The tomato bisque soup was the best! The sandwiches were awesome and the lavender cookies are very tasty. Great place. Beautifully decorated. Relaxing. Would highly recommend. I wish she would open a location in Miami Springs.

Such a cute place to come for lunch or just for a snack! It is decorate so nicely and have a great selection of teas. For the actual food it is nothing out of this word but they do have some fun little bites to choose from.

Came to the opening of this very cute tea place! It is decorated very dainty and feels like you’re at grandma’s house in the South of France!
The teas were very delicious and refreshing! They had a Moroccan Mint which was almost like a green tea. The Raspberry flavor was of course berry lockouts and of you like coconut and pineapple like I do, then you’re going to love that one!
Definitely plan on coming back soon maybe bring my mom along. It’s a very relaxing and whimsical thing to do.
