Sampoorna Yoga Miami makes me feel right at home as a beginner student. I love that the teacher, Sheena, provides modifications to take each pose from the most simple to more and more challenging levels. One of my favorite things that she reminds us is that we are not competing with her, other students, or even ourselves, we are just there to experience the peace and fullness that the class offers. Perhaps that is why I always feel so amazing when I walk out the door. I highly recommend trying this studio!

I was interested in trying Yoga to improve overall flexibility, since over 20 years in a desk job has had a lot of negative effects. As someone completely new to Yoga, I can’t tell you how inviting Sampoorna Yoga was. The main instructor is the real deal, trained by true masters in the Far East. She is very kind, patient, and makes you feel at home at all times. There are intermediate and advanced classes that I am not ready for, but the beginner and «open level» classes provide a wide range of challenges for all levels to enjoy. I am completely hooked. I really love the cozy studio, the calm/​peaceful environment, and the challenging and energizing classes. This is NOT a carbon copy gym style yoga class. This is the real deal, authentic yoga, and it is wonderful!

After trying yoga at different locations, I have finally found a comforting and inviting studio. I like the coziness, and the attention received. I love booking my class online, and the flexibility w/​the schedule. Truly a gem in the heart of Kendall!!!

WOW! Sampoorna Yoga Miami has a very peaceful atmosphere. There are classes for all levels, so anyone can enjoy, and even move up levels. The studio is very clean and has a clean bathroom. The students seem to love their instructor and the instructor enjoys speaking to each of her students. The instructor, Sheena, is very compassionate about yoga. The whole experience was very relaxing and comfortable. I would recommend Sampoorna Yoga Miami to anyone.
Will definitely be going back!
