This is a charming restaurant in Midtown Miami. I was there at lunch time. I ordered tagliatelle bolognese, it was tasty and sufficient. Not expensive.

This is a nice restaurant that is located in Midtown Miami. Dinner time is always busy, so I prefer going there at lunch time. They have outside and inside tables, usually inside is noisy so if the weather is not too hot, I sit outside. They have a good selection of food. Food is little be salty so if you are salt-sensitive just request low salt and they will comply. Their food selection is nice. My favorite dish is the spaghetti bologna, but their salads, burrata, and all the types of prosciutto are wow! I particularly think they can and must improve the desserts. Coffee, and bread are very nice.

Can I start off by saying that I was never a big fan of Italian food because my plate is over filled with sauce, but after visiting, man they can cook with love and passion, the smell of the food when you come in hits you and it smells great. My waitress David did a phenomenal job, friendly, talkative, and funny served us well, couldn’t be happier. The place is not big, takes no reservation. Just walk in, smells delicious, Italian beer is so good, very clean place, bathroom smells; moreover, I will be returning to this place and anybody that likes Italian food I recommend this place to eat it.

As soon as my girlfriend and I walked through the door we where greeted and seated. The service and the waiters were on top of everything as soon as i was out of water from the glass bottle they leave, there is always someone with a fresh bottle waiting. THEFOODTHOUGHOMG i come from Northern California and i Love Italian food so of course I’ve been to most of the restaurants in the cities in Nor-Cal and I must say that the food here is kissing your fingers MUAAAH good this places deserves a 10 but i can only give it a 5 star

Maybe I’m over-excited to be eating somewhere that isn’t in Fort Lauderdale, which has the worst selection of restaurants in the free world, but I thought La Salumeria was FANTASTIC! The bread, the wine, the prosciutto, the Parmesan cheese, the gnocchi, the meatballs… It’s how food is supposed to taste, and so unusual to see a chef in action, in a chef’s jacket, being a bloody chef for a change, instead trying to con everyone. Well-bloody-done to the owners of this place! And it’s a good deal as well. Never mind about those reviewers who ordered the short ribs. It’s palettes like theirs who force decent restaurants to start cooking garbage. Like short ribs in the first place. Shorts ribs. Lock him up. This place is top-notch!

Went on a Saturday for lunch with the family and enjoyed the food, it was 7 of us so I got a good feel for all the different plates. The pasta dishes had a normal reception nothing wow. I shared a burrata that was very fresh and creamy and then had the rabbit as my Maine plate, I still think about that rabbit it was so good! Will be back for sure. Also hubby had the porcheta and seem to really enjoy it as well.

Love this place, is one of my favorites. The pastas are tasteful and you get a decent portion. Their wine list is also good. Service is great, the only downside is that they get full at dinner time and you’ll have to wait but is totally worth it because the food is delicious!

Possibly one of the best lasagna dishes I have eaten in Miami. So classic. So fresh. Everything from the buffala mozzarella to the lasagna. Even the waiter was classic Italian guy. 5 stars for sure.

Hands down my favorite Italian restaurant in Miami. The bolognese and nutella panna cotta could very well be my choice for«last meal on death row»! Make a reservation, this place gets crazy busy on weekends.

I visited again last night and was not disappointed. Must be the BEST Spaghetti Bottarga in Miami! Always cooked to perfection. Great bread & excellent wine choices. Amazing service & very reasonable prices. It’s still my favorite Italian eatery :)

Gncoo and fried polenta($ 3 each) are generous portions but very average in taste(polenta was very bland) Porchetta wasn’t crispy enough so we had to send it back. They were very nice and made it crispy for us. Flavour was ok but not exceptional or worth $ 21. Overall ok but probably will not return

I like this place. It’s ok but I came with high expectations. I love the location, dining in midtown is so nice these days, feels like a real sidewalk café, lots of good energy but still relaxed. They have some great deals where on certain days you pay whatever time it is for some pasta dishes. So if you come at 5, you pay $ 5 for a pretty good pasta. It starts at 5 so don’t come at 1 and expect to pay $ 1. The food is fresh, the pasta is nice but I found it not very inspiring in this city with such greet Italian food. It’s not fancy, maybe a basic bistro and the menu is a bit limited. I ordered some small dishes though and they were good but not filling. I will say that their grilled artichokes are fab. Wine list is just ok, again limited. If you want a basic, fresh meal of Italian food with some interesting pasta options that are solid but not the best in the area and you want a nice city dining option, it’s not a bad choice.

Sorry to be so contrarian and offer only 2 stars for«Meh, I’ve experienced better» for a restaurant like Salumeria 104 that some others seemed to be enamored with, but I really wasn’t that impressed. I came here with a large party for a birthday celebration. We were seated towards the back and the staff was very accommodating, but our primary server seemed more like a salesperson than anything. She was constantly suggesting we order larger dishes vs. what we were considering or trying to upsell us at times… A good example is when we were considering a bottle of wine to purchase. In that instance, she pointed to one particular bottle of wine and said«This one is a VERY good deal, only about ½ the price that they are charging for it in other restaurants!» That bottle that she pointed to was $ 135.00. Everyone at our table shared several items, including cheese plates and a few other dishes, then each of us ordered our own entrees. I had the braised short ribs from the«specials» menu that was posted on the chalk board on the wall. For some reason the food here just didn’t impress. The pasta with truffle, for instance, was so overbearingly loaded with truffle that both the smell and taste of it was actually stomach turning. The short ribs I ordered as my main course were covered in a brown sauce, and I couldn’t easily pick out bones, chunks of fat, etc. because the sauce was so thick and covered everything. The ribs, to me, also tasted off somehow. In fact, a few hours later after I’d arrived home, those ribs came back up. Either they or something I had here at Salumeria 104 was off to the point that it quite literally made me sick to my stomach. Not good! The tiramisu dessert was quite good, but again, that came back up a few hours later along with the ribs or truffle or whatever else I ate at this restaurant on this night that didn’t agree with me.

Best gnocchi I’ve ever had!!! I believe they have two gnocchis on their menu but the one I had was made from butternut squash and I had truffle added to it. Not a huge fan of gnocchi but this completely changed my mind. My dad likes the porchetta although I’ve never tried it. The branzino is delicious as well and my mom claims it’s probably the best she’s had in Miami and believe me she has pretty high standards. I’ve been here twice and my parents come here very often and the service has always been very good. It’s a smaller restaurant so I believe it might get busy on the weekend but each time I’ve gone it has been on a Sunday night and were seated within 5 – 10 minutes and we were a party of 5. I’d rather go to Salumeria over Bocce(the other Italian restaurant in Midtown) any time.

Do not understand what happened because this restaurant was recommended by lot of people, but when we were eating the attention was so poor, for one moment the waiter said«if you need something tell me, I can not read your mind». This happened after lefting the plates of the appetizers in the table and serving the second plate, pretending me to move it.
