This place is in the bottom of Sail on Brickell and you’d miss it if you didn’t know better. I walked in for a pedicure (which was $ 30.00, very reasonable) and received stellar service with Nancy. All sorts of exfoliating machines and scrubs. She was timely and did a wonderful job. So happy to have found a nail place on the east side of Brickell. Almost want to keep it to myself!

I do not understand why there is no reviews to this place! It is just an hidden jewel ! So convenient and cosy. In the street of the Conrad.
It is true that I have pass by for a year before seeing it.
Above a drive way, next to the Emerald building.
The place is not super jetset, just cute and make you feel in a boudoir.
I am so tired of this place where you come to spend a lot money and you ate the one that need to thank them ! Tired of this place where you do a blow dry somehow a basic, and it is not even well done !!
At Milan you will find Human being proud of their jobs, and looking for service and satisfaction of their clients.
Nails are done by detailed, oriented: laura and nancy. They are perfect, clean, consistent, smiling, and you do not feel like a number but like a client ! Average price for a much better result that some spa where you feel like at the chain experience. They are not on their phone while taking care of you, they do not chat between them at all time, they are concentrated!!!
Hairdressers love hair, their clients, products, innovation and want you to leave the place, happy and gorgeous! They are attentive, and do not over sale products and not useful services. I felt all the above, a reconciliation with hairdresser some how!
They want you to come back !!!
And I will finally found a blow dry that last at least 4 days in miami humidity, hands that do not kill my hair, and blow dryer used with intelligence and knowledge of hair.
