Entering through what looks like a just a motorcycle enthusiast gift/clothing store, a surprise awaits you in the«free» museum located through the doorway to the right. This place is done right. The display designs are top-notch and the variety of interesting artifacts, memorbilia and actual motorcycles housed here is pretty amazing. There’s a cool collection of vintage helmets and a large number of photos of early(and I mean EARLY) motorcycle racers, just to mention a couple of fun things to see. Although it is free, donations can be left in an old oil(I think) can near the entrance. Well worth dropping some Lincolns, Hamiltons or a Jackson in the can. And, the T-Shirts in the store are really nice-looking! Great Route 66 souvenirs.
