I Dropped off my son’s Suit last Friday. I usually go to Spots in the crossings shopping center but thinking that this place would be somewhat less expensive I dropped off the clothes. I was told that it will be ready today Tuesday at 5:00 pm. I show up a little after 5 and the lady tells me that they have two pieces except for the pants. I told her that I need all the pieces as my son is traveling tomorrow. She says that she wi go get it now nearby. So we had to wait for her to bring the pants from another location next to the ice arena. We waited for about 30 minutes.
I think this is totally unprofessional ! If you give the customer a date and time than you should have it ready.
I feel bad for the woman but if they want repeat customers, service is what we are looking for.
She was apologetic and thanking me for having yo wait but you know that first impressions are crucial.
I really do feel bad for the woman.
I also reconfirmed what I already knew, that sometimes is best to pay a little more for better service.

Horrible customer service. I had to have some uniforms fixed and one was done «emergency» (one day to the next) and they told me to come back Saturday. I went Saturday afternoon and they weren’t ready! Then they threw in my face that they had fixed one ‘emergency’ (payed extra) and that it was still Saturday. (2 hours until closing) I am so angry.
