I have to say how impressed I was with the service at Roadway. They contacted me back immediately after my insurance company contacted them on my behalf and gave me an ETA, and then arrived ahead of that time by almost 20 minutes. I explained my situation prior to their departure, where the rims and tires on my new sports car had been stolen and the car was just left on blocks, and to ensure that they would be able to get my car on their flatbed the driver sought additional assistance so they actually came over with two trucks to my location. Once on site, Pedro and Willie carefully took their time navigating my car onto the flatbed as to not damage the ground effects or the rotors. They were both very professional and you could really tell that they had my best interest in mind. They explained what they were going to do to get the car loaded and then carefully and flawlessly executed that plan. I could not be more satisfied. They made an unpleasant situation pleasant and for that I am very grateful.
