The food was delicious, the portions generous and the prices reasonable. They have a large variety from Snapper to Churrasco. Service is quick and courteous.

I’ve been frequenting Riconcito for years. My father used to bring me here as a young teen, now I bring my own daughters here. With the sidewalk window service at the front door, you’re always greeted with a smile and a nice «Hola». The atmosphere is pleasant with a family style of dining. You can choose a table or a booth for more privacy. The food is good and the restaurant is clean. The prices are great for the amount of food served. It’s in a shopping center where parking isn’t the most accommodating, but your experience inside of Riconcito will make you forget about the crazy drivers! Today was my 15 month old daughter’s first visit, she loved her ham, fries and fruit punch. I love that toast and Café con Leche comes with all of the breakfast meals. Yum!

I enjoy coming to this spot. You can read all those bad reviews and make a choice but all in all its a decent location with good prices. I come here for breakfast all the time and i have just about the same experience every time. For instance today its pretty full just about all tables are full but service is fast and food came out good.
Its not a 5 star restaurant, its the latin restaurant you would find in any latin neighborhood. Most the waitress speak Spanish.
Food is good, prices are good, staff is acceptable.

Very disappointed about this place! We usually order from here since the food was always good; however, tonight the person on the phone wasn’t just rude, it felt like I was bothering her by placing an order. She indicated that they no longer deliver to where I live and they have been doing so out of pity!!! Seriously??? I pay you!!! Then she puts on the phone someone by the name of «Juan» who can’t even speak correctly Spanish or English… and he claims to be the manager saying that the drivers are the ones to blame!!! Can someone teach these ppl some manners?
When I asked for the owners information he says «the owner doesn’t come by here» !!! This is LOW CLASS CRAZY!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

Rinconcito Superlatino feels more like a cafeteria in the middle of Havana than an actual restaurant. With a really bad atmosphere and non-​charismatic servers, this place doesn’t capture the magic of the Latin culture and cuisine.
My mother and I came to this «restaurant» for lunch, and we were tremendously disappointed with our experience. It’s a very informal place; no one sits you or greets you when you walk in. For me, service is as, or sometimes more, important as the quality of the food. The service here is horrendous, and none of the waitresses that spoke to us seemed courteous. Instead, they all look pissed.
When asked what to drink, I asked if they offered refills because they didn’t specify it in their menu. Our waitress looked at me weird and made a face, as if I had cursed her out and offended her. She then replied with a dry «NO.»
The restaurant was not only ugly, with zero décor, but also quite noisy. There was no privacy at all. There were also a couple of flies flying around our table, which was completely disgusting and unhealthy.
The food itself was really good, and the portions were HUGE, but that wasn’t enough to overcome the bad service, lack of attention, and unpleasant atmosphere.
I will not be returning back to this place.

So it was one of those, we got out of work late lets just pick a random place to eat nights… Well that didn’t turn out very well. My hubby ordered the chicken a la milanesa the chicken was HORRIBLY tuff not edible at all. I got the media noche because I honestly didn’t think u can actually mess that up… Well THEY DID. The bread was hard and had a freezer burn taste to it, I couldn’t eat it. And to top it off how hard is it to make a colada! THE COFFEE WAS JUST NASTY. not to mention I had to get up and go pay my bill because the waitress never brought it to us, mind you there were only about 2 other tables and about 6 waitresses just mingling. I don’t recommend this place to anyone…

If you looking for a simple Latin breakfast this is the place to go. They have topical Latin foods and if mostly inexpensive. Today I came in the restaurant was kinda empty but the waiters dint slack off. Great service, good food, and it was fast.

I love latin food and this was the worst experience I had at a Latin restaurant. To start there was a roach in the water. At this point we informed the manager and the manager did not say anything or apologize for the rodents. The place wasn’t that clean and flys we’re flying in our food. The quailty and taste of the food was below standards. This restaurant was recommended by family and they was sadly mistaking. In addition, the service was not acceptable because we had people from our party get up and pay their own bill, get their own drinks, and track the waiter down for service. I would never refer this place to anyone. The food is cheap but not worth it.
