Regular service. Drive-thru is quick, with mobile device order by employee in drive thru area. They didn’t know of any current coupons, they were not helpful in that sense. But, they were quick and food was fine…

Do not go here. In the past 6 months 2 people I know have gotten food poisoning from the chicken. Also one time I had arrived about half an hour before closing and ordered the chicken Caesar salad and went all the way home to discover no chicken! How can someone forget that? It’s just not worth it and who wants food poisoning?

Pretty cool. Your order is taken in line before you get to the speaker(if the line of cars waiting is long). That way your chicken is done by the time you get to the window to pay. Interesting system. I’ve had to make major waits at times when the chicken is being put on the grill as the order is placed.

Horrible customer service, mediocre food, along with long lines inside and the drive thru.

This place is awful. The drive through line takes forever and once you drive off you realize they got the order wrong. Again.

I was craving grilled chicken. I know it’s fast food, but it exceeded my expectations. The chicken was tasty and tender, the red beans & rice were good also. Quick service, in and out in 5 minutes!!! It reminds me of El Pollo Loco back when they first opened in SoCal!!!

Fast service! Very nice employees that are always working hard. Plenty of seating and a outside area. I have been going here for years and I usually get a tropi chop with chicken. The tropi chop is around 6 $ and will fill you up. It’s great for a on the oh meal and it’s very tasty. Pollo tropical will never disappoint regardless of what you get.

Awesome choices for bbq sauces, and the make your own Tropichops are a great deal. Friendly staff, clean store, easy on/off to the Turnpike.

Gross gross gross horrible horrible horrible worse than that worse than that worse than that I ordered the chicken choppy chop large got about six or seven little chunks of chicken and the rest of it’s a mush of beans rice broccoli and tomatoes and the operative word here is mush absolutely taste like assness!!! As far as the staff is concerned they seem very disinterested to create a pleasant experience for customers and it looks like they’re just hearding cows to get customers in and out they don’t really care you can tell don’t even bother stopping here go to Burger King next-door give them a try

Best fast food ever invented(well, it ties with Chipotle) and priced at about $ 5-$ 10 a person depending on what you get. So why the three stars? Well, the service is horrific every time I go(and I got a few times a month), both the drive-through line and queue in store are always long, service is slow, they always mess up our order and then they give you attitude about it when you tell them that they messed up the order. Also, they took the tostones off their menu!!! WhYYYYY? Tostones are the bomb!!! Despite its service, it’s the tastiest fast food you will ever eat! So what are my faves? 1.) Chicken quesadilla wrap — Melted cheese, seasoned to perfection chicken, tomatoes and their chicken quesadilla special sauce… Make sure to get some extra special sauce for the wrap. it’s Ah-mazing! 2.) Tangy Pineapple Chick wrap — Also amazing but with a tangy island flavor that if you close your eyes and take a bit, it’ll take you to the Bahamas! 3.) Tropi Chop — Love this bowl because I get to pick whatever toppings I want! Chicken, black beans, corn, onions, peppers, cheese… YUM!!! if you order this, I would suggest watching them prepare your food or don’t leave the store without checking your order because they always mess up your customized order. 4.) Any of the chicken meals are wonderful. Either the ¼ or the ½ chicken. I don’t know what they season their chicken with but it makes it super succulent and juicy! Also, the bread rolls that come on the side are so soft and delicious! 5.) Chicken Cesar Salad is wonderful and is a large portion as well! 6.) For sides you can’t go wrong with the maduros(sweet plantains) waffle fries, or corn. If you are dining in, check out their condiment bar. There are tons of different tasty sauces to choose from and they have some veggies like chopped onions and jalapeños. Want to add a little excitement to your food, then try the Cilantro Garlic sauce… trust me your taste buds will party like it’s 1999. It’s the best!

This is the tastiest grilled chicken you’d ever eat in your life! I would actually pay top dollars to put my hands on the secret marinade. My only problem with this particular facility is the girl at the service counter. Not the sharpest knife in the drawer and speaks poor English. If it weren’t for that, I would rate them a flying 5-Star

Got there at 10:31, supposed to open at 10:30. Door’s locked. Waited a minute in the So FL humidity. Saw worker taking trash outside. He passed twice. Then he brought a bag of food to a parked car. Weird and upsetting. Inside could see another worker sweeping and cleaning. Set Iphone timer for 5 minutes as my waiting limit. Got to be 10:40, still locked. I left and decided to wait until Chipotle opened at 11

Great Pollo Tropical. They are quicker than most other Pollo Tropicals I have been too. Parking can be a bit of a pain. Staff is friendly and most importantly the drive thru didn’t screw me and gave me 2 of each sauce that I asked for.

Delicious. While driving from Orlando to Miami, we saw many of these restaurants. From the outside it seems like a typical fast food chicken place with a drive thru but it’s much better. They have a decent amount of options and reasonably priced. I chose the Mojo pulled pork with yellow rice and veggies and waffle fries and my dad got boneless chicken breasts with rice and beans. We were both satisfied with our meals — very large portions. I plan to come back to try the plantains and desserts on their menu. I would skip the piña colada smoothie, mine was only mediocre and I wasn’t able to even finish half of it because I was so full from the large portions and it just wasn’t that great. The other flavors might be better…

I really enjoy this Pollo Tropical! It has such a friendly staff and it’s pretty quick! I rather drive a bit farther but the service is worth it!

Ohh so good. This is my fast food stop when ever I am in Florida. I have never had a bad experience here. The chicken is tender and spiced just right. The plantains are sweet and soft with the perfect amount to crisp on the outside. The ribs are fall off the bone. The service was good though a few times the person taking my order was not very fluent in English. The prices are great especially considering the amount of food that you get. Earlier in the month a friend visited Florida and she is now hooked(plus she brought me some back– which tells you its good if you are still licking your fingers off of some reheated food).

It was friggen’ amazing, and the best food I’ve ever had… but then again, we had just been driving for 8 hours when we hit this place: starved, tired, sick of eating bland burgers and a little discombobulated. So instead of 5 stars, I’ll give it a more reasonable 4 stars because although I’m sure it was good, it was just not earth-shatteringly good like we thought it was then. I had some of their pulled pork and my fellow travelers got two variants of their chicken. All very tasty and a welcome respite from the standard road fare we had been robotically eating that day. Presentation is definitely lacking, but maybe that’s part of their plan; set you up for a bad meal, and WHAM, hit you with some tasty grub?
