This was the first and last time I go to this Pizza Hut a horrible customer service, order pizza online (it’s cheaper) and arrive and wait sitting there and nobody told me anything, when was ready the order’s placed next the register and they did not inform me if you do not go and ask it gets cold, and the pizza was nasty, and not had many customers, horrible

Just had the pretzel crust piggy pizza (no balsamic). BLOWN AWAY. That crust was AMAZING. The spinach was a little gross — wilted on top of the pizza. But once we got rid of it, the bacon embedded in the cheese was al dente, along with the mushrooms. Made the cheese nice and salty. Then we got to the crust — BOOM. Pizza was annihilated.

After waiting for the pizza, they left a voicemail saying they didn’t have change and cancelled my order. The service is terrible and they are always extremely slow. Had I not checked my voicemail I would have never even known. About 2 hours after they had cancelled my order, in came the driver with the pizza. I felt so bad that they made him deliver a pizza that they had cancelled. I called in and spoke to an extremely rude manager named Dee, who probably gave me a fake name. I am in the process of contacting the owner of the establishment to let him know how that classless employee handles the customer. Never again!!!

THICK YUMMY PIZZA!
My favorite is their Honey BBQ Chicken Pizza. It has thick crust and its very cheesy. We often order this one when we are just at home and dont have work. Its loaded with toppings and its very delicious.
I would really love to order all of their pizza.

Honestly i love the pizza from here… i love Pizza Hut in general over any other pizza restaurant however this Pizza Hut restaurant is great! I love how cheesy my pizza comes and the crust is perfection ! I always order from this location and i get my delivery on time.

The pizza is not bad once they get your order straight and you actually get your pizza. However, the staff is a little subpar. I feel like I’m ordering the pizza in Hialeah.

If i could i would give it zero rating, took my order, took my creditcard information. waited more than an hour. The delivery guy came and he said the credit card machine did not work since a few hours. When he called the store they told him to tell me to go get cash. the delivery guy took the pizza and i call for a manager and she said her name was joey, which i know she wasnt the manager, she didnt even know how to speak. I asked for her last name and she said i didnt need it. she finally said, «i dont know what to tell you». Will never call back again.
