I ordered online and ordered an extra sauce, of course was charged for it and it did not come, when I asked the delivery guy did he maybe have it in the bag he replied I just deliver I don’t make them. OK fine I let that go I ordered a pizza and boneless wings when I Opened my box of wings I realized it was the wrong flavor. I ordered garlic Parmesan and instead got spicy buffalo or Or like a mild sauce. Needless to say I’m not happy because they got my order wrong. I always feel like that happens when you’re super hungry and don’t even want to bother sending the order back.

Even though I’m still waiting on my food while I first called to get an order with someone really concerned about my order offered many things as well as the five dollar menu already planned to order and if she had read my mind before I called also asked me about of charges for drinks and if she knew I was going to be thirsty Overall it was a good experience for customer service is waiting as she has told me it would be possibly up to a hour wait for delivery. Just hope the food places as good as the service was

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
Worst ever!!! No sense of customer service! Be WARNED!!! I made an order and it took nearly 2 hours and no pizza!!! When I called to inquire, I was told that my order was cancelled; yet no one seems to know why. I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes to speak to a manager. At the end, I was told that they «we’re busy»!!!

Will never order from this place ever again!!!

I made an online order for my kids on a Saturday night, the waiting time was about an hour… After long hour the delivery never show up after they call me to verified the address… When called back after 1:30 min waited, they told me pizza was on the way… But actually never show up and my kids were hungry, mad, stressed u named it!
I called the next day manager did not wanted to talk to me…
Called corporate and it took 3 weeks to get my refund back…
Will never order anything from this place, be aware worths costumer service on earth!

The worse service ever!!! Waited an hour and a half and when I called they said the never made the pizza because there was no sauce. Talked to the manager and he was rude and said that I needed to wait another 50 minutes for the pizza. Location: 19 960 nw 2^nd ave Miami Florida. Will never order again

I placed an online order and the store called me twice — first time to verify my address and second time (Jennifer) to tell me that I needed to have my ID and credit card on hand when the driver arrives. Mom the second call i ask to add a personal supreme pizza to my order. I was told no problem but that I needed to pay cash $ 4.84 (not sure if the exact amount) because the ticket was already closed. To make story short driver arrives and he doesn’t have my second order. He tells us to call the store to have it delivered. I called the store and they want to charge me delivery fee AGAIN! excuse me it was your error. When I ask for the manager I get Petra who starts blaming the call center that they forgot to add the pizza (I don’t care who made the mistake) she should have said sorry and fix the mistake. She was rude and continue to tell me that I have to pay extra they there was no way for her to take the delivery charge off! Please I ain’t stupid.
I called my credit card and temporary stop the payment it’s matter of principal! She needs customer service lessons!

The most illiterate workers on earth. Incapable of getting an order correct. I think they just work back there and make out and watch Netflix cause I don’t think they understand what working means.

the wings are really good. i wish the delivery didn’t take so freaking long. the customer service is decent because one day you’ll get someone that’s good and the next day you’ll get someone that is completely lost and don’t know how to take an order for crap.

Every time I order it takes a VERY LONG time for me to get it. Last time it took like 3 hours and when my delivery man got there he forgot my soda but he was hilarious and actually went and bought me one at a corner store so I wouldn’t have to wait longer. I truly appreciated that. Other than that I would keep ordering I love to add a ridiculous amount of cheese on the pizza and they let me have that option.

Pizza hut is to pizza what Wendy’s is to burgers.
Sorry about the SAT flashback, but it’s true. Pizza hut is okay but that’s the problem, it’s always just okay.
Honestly the only time I buy pizza hut is when I need more than 3 pizzas, because real pizza can get pricey.

This pizza hut has gone a little down hill from the last time that I was there. First of all when I tell you that I ordered pan pizza and not hand tossed, well, I expect to get pan pizza. I was in a rush and I even was told after much fuzzing and fighting that they will make me my pan pizza and well, I waited for 15 more minutes. Not the five that I was told.
At the end of the day, that pan pizza was not the pizza hut that I remember growing up. It was not buttery and oily with a thick crust. It looked exactly like the hand tossed they were trying to give me at first. Luckily for me the regional supervisor was there that day and let me tell you that although she told me to take those two extra pizzas with me, that did not change my review one bit. She was at all time right infront of me discussing business with the store manager of that shift and she was so condisending. She even tried to either show off or try to be better than everyone in that room by telling off one of her employees on the shoes he was wearing and hoe she didn’t like them for the store and how he had to shave his facial hair which to me is not a big deal at all. It is just facial hair, her womenly long hair would fall 30, 000 times more than this guys facial hair on a pizza. For that then why don’t you wear a hair net then. Why? You think it will mess up your $ 5 haircut? Well, the guy/​employee kept telling her that he has a medical reason which was psoriais from what I over heard and she kept telling him in a loud voice but directly infront of me that he better bring a doctors note. Then she laid this magazine right infront of me and started to converse with the store manager of the shift how they were going to order this and that for the store to decorate it and everytime this poor man opened his mouth to say ohhh that is nice, we will put it here since it will look nice (which I think he was right) she would shut down his idea and say something like: «no… I think it would look better here» she was so condisending and not professional at all.

Other than that, the pizzas that I took back to work where not good at all. They were not cheezy although I ordered extra cheese and well, like I mentione before the only good thing that Pizza Hut had going for them was the pan pizza and they did not even get that right. Sorry Pizza Hut but you lost a customer for life! I don’t care for your coupons, I don’t care for you specials, and the only reason I ordered there in the first place was because it was Friday, the people at my work wanted Pizza. Something quick, something cheap, and well… we got what we paid for. Something quick and something cheap. That is why I stick to the mom and pops places each and everytime!
