This is the worst pizza Hut on the planet. 2 people working the entire place. Management needs to get with it because waiting 45 minutes for a personal pizza is ridiculous.

0 fucking stars… fucking 0 i have had to wait 3 hours for wings to be delivered and they are still not here …3 fucking hours i am like 10 minutes away from this place and every time i have called they are saying that he is around the corner… He has been «around the corner» for an hour and a half.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE COLD PIZZA AND WAITING OVER TWO HOURS! Horrible customer service… I love Pizza Hut stuffed crust and have given this location several chances. Yet, they manage to only get worse and worse time after time. I AM DONE! BE WARNED!

Worst experience ever. Waited 2 hours for my pizza order with no contact from the restaurant. Finally I called in and was told that it would take another hour (Total of 3 hours) to get my order. The staff member is beyond rude and could offer no explanation. All I got as a response was: «It’ll be another 30 minutes (on top of the 2 hours), I don’t know what to tell you, you can come pick it up yourself»
It baffles me how someone with that attitude actually has a job and hasn’t been fired.
Pizza Hut should be ashamed, The Franchise owner should be ashamed.

2.5 hours for a pizza and counting, still haven’t received it yet. I should have read the reviews before ordering! Wow!

Horrible. Tried two or three times to order from this location. Once order was wrong. Now the food never shows up and when I call they say oops the online ordering isn’t really working. Definitely not trying again…

The solution to their mistake is to have me wait another two hours they said! Any normal person would recognize that you take care of this ASAP. Next pizza out of the oven, expedite it, ANYTHING!!!

I ordered this pizza before the football game started and the edible one will not arrive until well after the games over.

Worst service ever. Brought the wrong pizza. Brought 1 instead of the 2 pizzas ordered. Thought I would be fine because the wrong pizza cost the same as one of the ones I wanted. Then wanted me to pay extra. Said it would be 20 mins. Took an hour. Horrible Horrible Horrible.

I placed an order online through their website for delivery and though I never had a problem with this before, an employee called telling me that they do not deliver after 5 pm. The employee was extremely rude and hung up on me. Unprofessional attitudes often indicate poor quality product. I do not recommend anyone patronize this location.

Sometimes you just crave commercial pizza, and lucky for me, this place is only a few blocks away.
I’ve ordered online twice for pick up in store within the past month and a half. $ 11 for a large customized pizza, sounds good! I was amazed to see how many options and combinations are available to customize your pizza. You can select the sauce, crust (flavoring, stuffed?), toppings (meat & veggies, up to 10), and special swirl topping (bbq, siracha & more). The possibilities are endless!
The first time we picked up, it was around 9−10pm… and the door was locked when we got there. We had to knock and have them buzz us in… weird, since they close at 11pm. We were also charged $ 13.xx for the pizza. Expected pick up time was 25 mins, but we made sure to call to get an updated time before walking over and they said to wait another 15 minutes. The pizza crust (Hut’s favorite) was so freakin good — tasty and crispy. I ate the crust off all the leftover slices, haha.
Second time was better. We ordered it around 7:20pm on Saturday and the door was unlocked when we got there. Only had to wait 25 – 30 mins for the pizza. It cost $ 11.77 so I don’t know why it cost more last time. The crust wasn’t as crispy as I remembered :(
I would order from here again for Pick up only though.
If you want to do DELIVERY: order at least 1.5 hours in advance (while in the store, overheard customers calling to check status of delivery and pizza guy saying 1.5 hours, YIKES! better not be too hungry!)
I definitely recommend calling them to check the status of your order.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced ! I called to order food and the person taking my order kept yelling at other employees in Spanish. How unprofessional. Then when my order arrived two hours later they forgot my cinnasticks when I called to let them know they said it would take another TWO HOURS! for them to arrive they never offered anything to compensate for the item i live in a gated house they have my number on the receipt and knew to call when they were outside they never did when they arrived and just left because they couldn’t get threw the gate they left, when it was a minute after the two hour wait I called to see where my cinnasticks were this girl answered very rudely and said were close and gave me attitude when I asked if they driver is on his way. She said he left and told me to call tomorrow to get a store credit. This place needs better employees.

Worst Pizza Hut in Miami. Let me start off by say that I order my pizza, and received a confirmation email stating that my food would arrive in 30 mins. 1 hour passed, and nothing. so I decided to call the store and a young lady advised me that my food was minutes away… Waited, and waited. another hour PASSED and no signs of my food. I called the store once again, and they apologized and said that the food was on the way. and to call the store as soon as the driver arrived to received a discount. When the food arrived, the store never answer.

Save yourself some bad time.

I order lunch online from Pizza hut occasionally. Today I placed my order at 1:45 pm. I was advised the order would be delivered in one hour, approximately 2:45 pm. My confirmation email advised my order would be delivered by 2:55pm. At 3:16pm I called the restaurant to find out my order has not even left yet and it was on its way. I advised the person it is already 20 minutes past the time my email advised the order would be delivered. She not so nicely told me the website doesn’t give correct time frames, the time frames depend on the actual store. So I asked, basically the time advised on the website is irrelevant? She responded it depends on the restaurant then told me my order was leaving the warehouse. I said ok then and she abruptly hung up. No good bye, nothing. I wasn’t even finished speakingI order from this location often but that will definitely change if this is the type of service I will receive. It is now 3:36 pm and my order still has not been delivered. RIDICULOUS! If the website and confirmation does not provide accurate time, why is the information even provided?

Worst pizza Hut in town! !! Personnel are all rude and don’t even speak English. Orders are never made correctly, all the customers were upset of waiting.

I ordered my pizza online and went to the store to pick it up. When I got home and started eating it I realized that there is no mushrooms on my pizza! I am so pissed right now!

Only gave two stars because they refunded me. I called this place and ordered wings to be delivered to my hotel. After getting all my info, the lady said it will be 40 minutes. 40 minutes came and went, no wings! I called and they said my number was not associated with any order. I asked if they delivered to my hotel recently and they said yes. Well duh, you delivered and didn’t use the right number. Dang! I had to say my number multiple times!!! Do us a favor, and invest in caller ID or hire people who really understand English.

1 star only because I’m laughing still at way happened and it was so unbelievable and hilarious I’ll give 1 star. I called to order carry out and was told they were not doing carry out. Then was told it was an hour and a half wait for delivery. I said nevermind then was told I could come pick it up (if I’m not mistaken that’s called «carry out»)
I said ok and «tried» to place an order for a medium, pretzel crust pizza w/​pepperoni & jalapeño. Somehow she came up with a LARGE pretzel STUFFED CRUST with pepperoni & jalapeño. I tried to explain again but this lady understood so little I just gave up and said sure.
…now hears the funny part! I show up and am presented a pizza box. I ask for a few sauces and she looks confused and grabs crushed red pepper. Then I say again…2 ranch and a Sciracha honey sauce please. She looks confused and tells me that the hot sauce is on the pizza. Ummmmm, I didn’t order hot sauce on my pizza ma’am. She opens the lid to show me a large pretzel stuffed crust pizza with FRESH SPINACH, SOME BLACK SAUCE DRIZZLED ON TOP (that she tells me over and over is the hot sauce) and it has my pepperoni & jalapeño. Then the guy from the back walks out and she asks him about the hot sauce… he tells me happily oh yea that’s BALSAMIC DRESSING! WTF!!! Where in the world did she get SPINACH & BALSAMIC from!!! I’m trying not to laugh until I see that this pizza ALSO HAS BACON & MUSHROOM!!! LMAO!!! Hahahahahahahahahahaha.
So instead of a pretzel crust pizza with pepperoni & jalapeño I get a pretzel stuffed crust pizza with spinach, balsamic dressing, mushroom, bacon, pepperoni & jalapeño. I give up I’m dying laughing and they both look confused as to what’s wrong. OMG!!! What an experience!

This Pizza Hut is the worst. I ordered a pizza, and was told that it will take 85 minutes. I called back in 95 minutes and was told that my pizza is in production (whoever knows what that means). After waiting for another 10 minutes I called back and was told that it will be at my door in 5 minutes, after about 15 minutes no one showed up. I proceeded to call again and was told 8 minutes. As you probably already guessed no one showed up again. I called another time and was once again told that it was in production. It has been 2 and half hours by then. I called and told them to please cancel the order. I received a call later that night (now about 6 hours) confirming my address. This place is a joke, the staff is unprofessional and rude. This location should close down or maybe get new management.

Hubby was craving wings and we wanted them delivered, so I did some looking online to see which pizza joint offered the best ones. In this, I learned that Pizza Hut is the only major chain that fries their wings instead of baking them which results in a crispier outcome.
So I went to Pizza Hut’s website and placed an order for 16 wings and two orders of waffle fries from the location closest to our home. After doing so, and being curious about where the store was located, I found this page of horrible reviews and figured I would be regretting my decision.
My order was placed at 7:44pm and the knock on my door came at 8:12pm, actually ahead of their estimated delivery time, so that was a pleasant surprise. The waffle fries were semi-​warm, but definitely edible and quite crunchy. The wings were hot and the sauces were pretty tasty with the Buffalo Medium worth going back for. They were pretty crispy too, and we were left knowing that we had a decent, quick wing delivery option close to home.
While it might not be the best we’ve ever had, it’s about what you’d expect for a chain pizza place, so I felt compelled to leave this review that’s a bit more positive than those who have come before. Can’t speak for the pizza… yet! :)
