Pepper Jelly’s Cuban Sriracha is yet another hot sauce that I discovered on Kickstarter. I just love trying different hot sauces, so when I saw this one, I knew I had to pledge my support. Originally a Thai creation, Sriracha is a favorite in my pantry, but Cuban? I’d never heard of a Cuban version, so I was really excited about trying this one. It wasn’t long before my sauce arrived, and I have got to say that it didn’t disappoint. The flavor is bold and delicious without being overpowering. I’ve been adding it to just about anything from rice and meats to beans and eggs. I’ve also used it to marinade meats before grilling with delicious results.
