190% great quality in every bite. I wouldn’t mind driving from county line rd to flager for their goods.,

This charming bakery in Little Havana is a must-go for foodies visiting Miami. The guava and cheese pastry was incredible, and each one of the wide selections of desserts will eagerly melt your tastebuds.

I found out about this little bakery through an Instagram post by a Miami Food Blogger, and I’m so glad I did! As a Cuban living in NYC, trips down to Miami always include stops for Cuban food – especially Cuban pastelitos. You must understand though that to make a perfect pastelito takes a delicate balance of pastry dough to guava filling. Very few places get this ratio right – usually skimping on the filling. But at Pastelmania, the guava is actually oozing out of the pastel, up until the very last bite. And they don’t just stop at pastries. Pastelmania has a full menu of Cuban goodies: pasteles of all kinds(guava, guava + cream cheese, meat, etc.), Cuban sandwiches, empanadas – you name it! The place is very small with only a few tables and I believe they’re only open until 1 pm. And being in the heart of Little Havana, Pastelmania is definitely a locals place. In fact, I think we were the only«Americans» there. So brush up on your Español and hit Pastelmania next time you’re in Miami. You won’t regret it!

Great place to pickup your Cuban pastellitos! They have all the regulars: cheese, guava, meat, guava and cheese, croquettes(Croqueta: ham, homemade ham, cheese and chicken). Plus they produce a plethora of limited offerings such as Cuban empanadas(fried turnover: meat, chicken ham and guava and cheese) They also have the good old fashion Cuban cold desserts, serve café con leche and other tasty treats.

This is one of the best Latin style bakeries I’ve ever been. The place is small, clean but quaint. There’s 4 tables only you can dine in but is mostly for carry out. The attendants are vibrant, loud and extremely friendly. There you will find freshly made coffee, orange juice, pastries To place most Latin American palates, sandwiches, croissants, empanadas, croquetas and cakes. You can make big orders for any event. Also You can order cakes but the style is with that classic thick sugary frosting not with the fondant of modern cakes. The price point it’s ridiculously cheap you will not be disappointed.
