Bad bad and slowwwwww customer service. The barista rolled her eyes really bad when she gave me wrong the order. And again when she fixed it. I don’t recommend this place

Great coffee just messed up pricing. I had almond milk with my macchiato which takes minimal milk and I get charged an extra $ 0.85. Seems unjust to me

This is by far the best coffee chain that Ive tasted in the US. Once you taste the coffee you really see that starbucks isn’t all that. The blue mountain is my personal favorite but the Kona also has a great taste. The staff is not very helpful but the drinks they make is why it is still a 5.

I went twice, thoroughly disappointing experience for the following reasons … Inexperienced/untrained staff did not know how to take order, I ordered the egg breakfast muffin which was very bland and overly microwaved, they do not have condiments ketchup/mustard(I asked), after purchase I walked over to the sugar counter to find it mostly empty and out of utensils for no apparent reason and unclean, restrooms were dirty and door handles broken, tables were also dirty.(This place is new) Coffee was nothing special On the plus side the seating area is large and comfortable — good place to lounge around but bring your own coffee from Angelina’s a few doors down, some cleaning supplies and utensils and you’ll be fine . It would have been great to have a quality café in midtown, what a shame.

Quiet, cozy coffee shop in a ritzy part of town. Pasion del cielo is a cool place to grab your caffeine fix on the way to work, meet up with friends over a pastry, or study quietly at one of the tables. Chai tea lattes are one of my favorites. They have a good variety of coffee blends. Service is usually quick as long as they have a full staff. Workers are friendly and they keep the seating areas organized and clean.

Relaxing atmosphere. Great music. Comfortable lounge chairs. Lots of outlets. Coffee is pretty good. I’m not crazy about the empanadas but that’s subjective and a matter of personal preference. Staff is very welcoming. A nice study spot alternative if 4 walls and silence drives you insane.

Cool little coffee place in midtown. I actually live close to the one in coral gables but I was closer to the highway so decided to check this one out. The area is very open, with lots of seating. They have comfy couches and tables; kind of vintage looking where you can sit and sip on your coffee. The coffee is really delicious. I found it pretty interesting that they ask what kind of coffee you would like i. e from where? I chose the Colombian one because it’s actually one of the best ones. My mom and I tried the chicken, beef and ham and cheese empanadas.(I was not too crazy about these) I’ve had much better empanadas elsewhere. My siblings tried the ham and cheese croissant and they absolutely loved it. Overall, the experience was nice. A little pricey & I wouldn’t necessarily come here to eat, but I will stop by if I’m in the area to enjoy a cup of coffee.

This is not a review about their coffee and drinks. This is a review of the overall vibe and feel here. I normally come here to study, but I don’t think I will be back anytime soon. From what I see, most people come here to study and use the wifi. What I don’t like about this place is because of how loud the music is, it would be better if they would TURNOFF(or turn down) the music so people can focus on studying instead of listening to the music. At least, I am a paying customer, unlike some folks who use wifi and don’t pay. I really wanted to be a regular customer here, but the loud music is preventing me from being a daily customer here. If they decide to turn down/off the music, I will likely change feedback to 5 Stars.

I might’ve walked in with too high of a standard. I came in thinking there would be unique signature drinks, instead I saw standard drinks you would see at Starbucks. I ordered a latté to keep things simple and so I could taste the full flavor of the Sumatra coffee. I was kinda disappointed when I didn’t get decent latte art when I requested it and tipped extra for it. I got a messed up heart.wow. Pictures that other customers took had their coffee beautifully prepared in a mug while mine came in a paper to-go cup. My advice to the management: keep your standards consistent and high so customers can share good experiences. I usually like to have a sweet pastry of some sort with unsweetened coffee, and I’m sorry to say that none of the baked goods look appealing. They all look like they came from the store. My drink was not bad though, the coffee was really fragrant. I do recommend trying this place if you haven’t but it’s too similar to Starbucks for me to want to go back anytime soon. A little basic for my taste.

This is a cool coffee shop in midtown Miami. Industrial mid century modern décor with amble room for sitting and hanging out. Counter service was great. They sell 12+ different varieties of coffee(Sumatra, Colombia, Jamaica, Kenya, Hawaii, etc) with detail on the aroma, body, acidity, et al. Could expand the selections of snacks, sandwiches and baked goods. Overall I really liked Pasion and will stop by for a coffee when I’m back in the area.

Great space for Pasion del Cielo store. Just like the others, there are over 10 coffees to choose from. Friendly staff and good prices. Can’t ask for more.

I’ve been to the other pasion locations before and was excited for this one to open — unlike the coral gables location this one has much more sitting space and isn’t quite as dark as the Kendall location which makes it more suitable for work. Plus they’ve set up some outdoor seating now which is going to be nice after the summer heat is gone. Always great coffee with many selections, and the staff is friendly and courteous. The only downside of this location is the parking situation — there is only paid street parking paid garages and if it’s a busy day forget finding parking — if you’re hoping to work just the parking will seriously chip into that.

Maybe I came on a bad day… short staffed, dirty tables everywhere(I counted 7), and they got my drink wrong. It was a pretty simple drink… soy latte. He made it with whole milk. And half foam. I used to work at a coffee shop and lattes have mostly milk and about a ½ INCH, not half a cup of foam. Maybe they do it differently here. Then I had to remind them twice to get my pastry and they still forgot it. I should also mention that I was the only one in line so it’s not like they were busy. Overall, not a great experience.

Came here after having beer for a sweet treat and an iced latte to drown it down with. Ironically, during my visit, I saw that they offered the rare, crown jewel of coffee, Jamaica Blue Mountain. Surprisingly, it was only $ 43 a pound which is remarkably cheap based on my Internet research on the going rate of JBM. In the end, I didn’t buy it but I did enjoy my latte and muffin before taking an Über back to my hotel.

I really love the concept of this place. I live next to the one by dadeland and I love it. You can choose from which country you want your coffee from which I think is amazing. I usually get the Brazilian white chocolate mocha. They also have sandwiches and sweets. Must try!

Love this Pasion Del Cielo. A very relaxed atmosphere, the staff is friendly & knowledgeable in regard to the various coffee styles. Unfortunately out empanadas were raw, but guess we shall be back to try them again.

Pasión Del Cielo is one of my favorite coffee shops! Delicious coffee from around the world and such a great laid back atmosphere. Walking in, you feel at home. Friendly staff and delicious coffee, you definitely get a bang for your buck here. The menu offers a variety of options and allows you to pick where in the world your coffee bean comes from. My go to is Sumatra. Absolute deliciousness! No need for added sugar, as every single latte perfectly made. I’ll be back again and again!

I enjoy coming to this location much better than the one in Coral Gables. There’s a lot more space & has high ceilings so it’s not as cramped. They have plenty of tables spread out, as well as couches & side tables. Great place to study & have a decent cup of coffee. Actually more than decent, the coffee is amazing. Since I tried and liked the bold flavors of their Blue Mountain and Kona coffee, I decided to order their Sumatra coffee. I enjoyed it, but I still think the Kona coffee is my favorite. I also noticed this location has a wider selection of food– they have muffins, empanadas, and of course those sweet sweet cupcakes.

Pasion: I really tried to love you. Your Coral Gables location was great, but this new Midtown shoppe is just all right. Maybe because you are new? Who knows! I was craving a Caffè macchiato. While the coffee flavor was great(Sumatra), the execution of this Italian classic was so poor I almost cried in misery. I expect a ‘slight’ amount of milk to stain the espresso. Not a full-blown latte. Hopefully subsequent visits will be better. Until then, heed with caution. PS: you should add some art to both macchiato and latte. Train your baristas as this would be nice to ‘enhance’ the overall coffee experience.

I could just hang out here all day! I’ve been to the two other Pasión del Cielo outposts and can definitively say this one is my favorite! Walking in, I immediately took note of how large and open it is. Not to mention, it has that new shop smell(or maybe that’s just the coffee). The drinks are the same as the other shops — pick what kind of drink you are in the mood for, what country you want your beans from and just like that, your caffeine boost is on it’s way. On my last visit, it was a little too late in the day for coffee so I went for a Chai frappé that was better than I was expecting! Would definitely recommend to any non-coffee drinker. Really, nothing bad to say about this place except I wish it was closer to my apartment!
