Avoid at all costs…3 staff on duty. Waited on cashier 10 solid minutes because she was assisting customers with balloons. Never once said we’ll be right with you or called for another employee to assist on registers. Failure of a staff!

It’s one of the busiest times of the year for them. Halloween! The staff was okay. They were willing to help, but they had the face of «I hope you say no, when I offer you help.» I’m not crazy about the store, but it’s not a bad place to look for stuff relating to parties or costumes. ***P.S. I recommended signing up for Party City Emails because they send out coupons!***

If they don’t have the supplies to match your party theme, than your weird and probably a nerd and need to reconsider your party theme. This is a really large store. So the have all the normal supplies, and then some. The selection is truly impressive. And the service was excellent as well. I mean pulling out ladders and checking for more Mickey Mouse cups straight away because I’d rather have all 6 match instead of subbing Lightning McQueen. When I’m already at the cash register. I’m a princess. And so is my daughter. And I have the cups, plates, napkins, hat, table covers and gift bags to prove it.

I went there last weekend just to stop by because we were driving by. They had a lot of costumes and we were set. Staff was helpful. The store is HUGE and there a lot of kids running around. There of course was a line since everyone is getting geared up for Halloween. Go now before they run out of inventory!

Awesome! I have to say, I’m truly impressed by the steps Party City has taken to improve their customer service. I went in this week to look for some edible food writing markers and as soon as I walked in someone greeted me, I was asked if I needed assistance by a very nice gentleman(maybe a manager?) and he helped me find the markers. I was with my 20 month old so after he rung us up, he noticed that my son had quite the obsession with«balls»(that’s what he kept calling the balloons) and he went ahead and inflated once for him and tied it around his wrist. My son could not have been happier! The entire ride home I could hear him whisper«WOW» because he couldn’t believe he had a shiny new blue balloon and that, to me, is worth more than a million bucks! It’s the little things that employees do that truly make or break a customers experience, you have gained a Party City customer for life!
