Avoid this company like the plague. The show up without the generator we ordered so we couldn’t hook up the bounce house. The REFUSED to refund the deposit and were extremely rude. In the end, all this company left us with was a crying toddler. Do business with them a your own risk.

I was very disappointed in the services at Party Bouncers Rental. Originally, I had emailed and received a phone call on a Saturday for the following Saturday’s rental and, initially, I was very very pleased. I spoke with Amy and she was nice, offered suggestions and I decided to work with them for my event. I had, as suggested by Amy, by the way, rented a 10×20 tent to fit my rectangular space. That’s right. It was suggested to me, quite rightly, I agreed 100%. The idea that I hired a professional and that I was getting suggestions that would improve my guests’ experience had me believing I was on the right track. I was very pleased. In fact, when I called to confirm my order on Monday morning, I expanded the qty of chairs and tables, definitely happy to pay more. I gave my deposit over the phone for a 10×20 tent, 30 chairs, and 2 tables. I was told I’d get a call on Wednesday to confirm and set up my delivery invoice. I did get that call on Wednesday, around 3 p.m. Except, instead of confirming my order, I was told, in a quickly run aside that I had to actually ask to be repeated, that my tent wasn’t available anymore. It had been double booked. I would have a 15×15 delivered instead. No asking me if this was OK. No apologies. None of that. Instead, Carmen or Claudia(I can’t remember her name at the moment), popped my address into Google Maps and did a satellite image search and stated that she«could tell that for sure» it would fit. Not so fast. Besides not getting an apology that my reservation had been sidestepped for another even though I had already paid my deposit or ASKING me if I could measure the space in front of my house since Google Maps has a lot of things but a square footage measurement for private property is not one of them, she INSISTED that the tent would fit and that she had someone who installs tents therefore«knows for sure» was telling her that it would. Of course, I had to get home to measure and, by then, I had to call and let them know that it would fit but that I wasn’t pleased. I had to *ask* if there was compensation for the fact that I had been promised a service that I wasn’t being given and had, in fact, turned down 3 other party rental places for Party Bouncers. Since *I* asked, I received $ 25 off. That’s fine. They told me they’d call again on Thursday by 11 a.m. to confirm times of delivery. I received the call and they asked if they could deliver a day earlier, on Friday. Though I had concerns about what that meant for delivery time, they told me that they couldn’t be sure. It would be «some time» «probably» during the day since«drop off is priority.» On Friday, well, suffice it to say, no one called. In fact, I gave in and called at 1 p.m. to ask when I would be receiving the tent. I had to leave the house at some point and I couldn’t very well just wait around for someone to call me out of the blue and tell me they’d be at my house in 30 minutes if I was in the middle of errands. I didn’t get any answer. I didn’t get a call back to tell me that the driver hadn’t or had responded. In fact, in the matter of four hours, I was the only one making any calls. That’s right. The estimated delivery time of «early in the morning» turned into actually after 5 p.m. which wouldn’t have been a problem had I not been told otherwise or had I been contacted throughout the process with apologies, understanding, and advice. Then the tent arrives. The drivers ask me where I want the bounce house. That’s right. They ask me where I WANTTHEBOUNCEHOUSE. After some reminding, the drivers pretend to be kidding. They’re not. I get the tent. 15×15 as it’s written on the side in heavy black marker where anyone can see it. Whatever. The inside of the tent is filthy. Filthy. It’s only braced in two spots on my uneven ground. That’s enough, they tell me. I’ve built tents. Considering the near tropical storm that bares down on us for the next two days, I’m not so sure, but evidently they didn’t really care. At my party, which is at night time, a partygoer points to the inside of the tent and asks me, «What would you have done if this was your wedding? That’s disgusting.» That’s right. A guest even mentioned the tent’s grime. It was gross. On Sunday, come pick up, no one called. At 2 p.m., I call the party rental company and I get the machine. I call the driver who dropped off the tent and I get nothing. At 230 p.m. I get a call back asking me if I called someone. That person, after I ask, is the party rental driver. They’re on their way. They didn’t know it had been me calling, they weren’t going to call. They came into my driveway, opened my gate, moved everything, didn’t even knock to say a word, only to ask when the rest of the chairs were. They didn’t even let me know they were done. Though I was home. Keep in mind, I have a lot of parties and with the small interior space I have, I’m always looking for a place to have as a standard rental location. It’s a shame, it truly is.
