They can never get stains out when I bring stuff here, and I’ve had a couple of shirts that were ruined by their care.
A silk shirt I just picked up looks like it was burned where the stain was. I didn’t expect them to get it out necessarily because I know silk is a difficult fabric, but the cleaner or spot remover or whatever they used actually ate through some of the shirt– it is noticeably thinner in two spots.
Another top had some fabric detailing at the top that was totally ruined by whatever pressing they did.
