They are absolutely AWFUL! I put a dress in to get the zipper fixed. Not only was it late for my wedding, it took another month before I saw my dress. Only to find a hole, the is zipper was ¼ inch off the waist. the waistband is now bigger on one side over the other … Everytime they say they are going to call me, they don’t. Three months after drop off and here I stand waiting for the manager that is never here. The poor girls that work in there do not have any authority to do anything about this issue … He(manager/owner) assured me will call me two days later but no call, it’s been a wk an half now … 07/16, still no phone call, dress is back, hole gone bc they made the dress slightly smaller with the waistband will not even and the zipper off! 08⁄15 Still no phone call, arrived back thinking they will have my dress ready only to find out, it’s still not fixed and now it’s in storage. Why on earth would a dress that is suppose to get fixed put in storage. Seriously the owner of this store is rather crap to be kind to him. I have other choice words I could use! Apparently he is goin to call me to give me an update. I highly doubt bc the last time I had to sit there and wait til he got off from his day job and come to close the store.

I have to say that when my previous dry-cleaner closed because of the economy, I was willing to make a sacrifice in my budget to go to this place. Ever since then, it’s been nothing but trouble! Now I have triple-creased pants. I had to return a pair that they didn’t even crease, and they were supposed to give me a credit… I have yet to receive the credit. Every time I go in there, the«manager» is yapping on the phone! Needless to say I’m annoyed. I went to this place because it’s on my way home and you can pick up or drop off 24⁄7. Now I have to look for another dry cleaner… maybe the OXXO on Biscayne(near the Omni) is better or I guess I’ll try ecolav, even though it’s sort of out of my way.
