Organic Grown Direct

I absolutely love Organic Grown Direct’s produce delivery service! I have been receiving deliveries from them for nearly three years and I have never been disappointed. The produce is always abundant and varied, and always tastes amazingly fresh! They have really played an important role in sticking to my mostly organic, vegan diet.
The customer service is also top notch, which is a rarity in Miami. I have the owners’ number stored in my mobile and have contacted them on numerous occasions to add on to my orders, suspend delivery, even cancel at the last minute (which only happened once but was not an issue), or just to thank them for another amazing box! They are always quick to respond and to accommodate my requests; not to mention they’re super friendly. They have even arranged to deliver cases of bananas and juicy peaches right to my doorstep! The great customer service is not limited to the owners, but to their staff as well — special shout out to Sharon MacArther and Dennis!
I am moving out of the country for a couple of years, but when I return to Miami I will definitely be resuming my deliveries. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Organic Grown Direct and can’t thank them enough for the service they provide.
