Worst company ever. Not only are they very unprofessional but their products are also very poorly manufactured. I had a horrible experience with a tankless water heater of theirs and it was under warranty but they wouldn’t honor it. They supposedly fixed it and when we came back home to install it, it started a fire because they had rewired it incorrectly. Hope they go out of business.

Do not do business with this company. They don’t honor their warranty on their products and when your tankless water heater fails you are required to send it back, have it repaired and returned all at your expense. Meanwhile you are without hot water for two weeks. Mine failed 6 months after being repaired and from what I have read on Amazon I’m one of many. Their customer service is terrible.

Terrible experience with this company and product. Bought two of their top of the line units — N210 — to power my second home in the mountains. They both leaked within two years. With the first one, since there is supposedly a 10-​year warranty, the company said to send it back for repair, then said they couldn’t repair it and sold me a replacement unit for a slight discount.
With the second one, they said the same thing — I sent it back, they said they couldn’t repair it. I asked them to stand behind their product and they refused. I will not buy another unit from them. This adventure has cost me almost $ 1,500 for 3 units and the hot water in my house has not been working for almost a year.
The company representatives have zero interest in customer satisfaction.
An update. This company is so clueless that after they refused last week to fix or replace my second Titan that died early in its warranty period, and I told them I would not deal with them any further, they called me back today to confirm that they wouldn’t fix my unit and wouldn’t stand behind their product but they could sell me a fourth unit (I had already purchased a third one to replace the first one that went out) for a 20% discount. Their customer service is so bad — like a joke!
