Bagels were delicious and prices were fair. We walked there on a Sunday and it was empty. I imagine during the week they are slammed.

These bagels are horrific; they microwave the egg in my egg sandwich which was appalling. If you like bagels — New York bagels in particular — don’t keep your hopes up. My egg sandwich was small, soggy, and not edible. A egg and cheese from Dunkin is a five star sandwich in comparison, and that ain’t saying a lot!

Were the bagels good… yes Did they seem like NY bagels… no. The bagels were a bit small for NY bagels so that’s why I can’t rate this place higher but its got the atmosphere of a NY bagel deli so I’ll give them credit for that.

The jalapeño cream cheese is SWAGGED out. Props. Other than that, decent bagels and other sandwiches.

This place is terrible. I brought in a google offers voucher which was not expired and they told me that they would not honor it as it was under new management. I still bought the bagel sandwich I had ordered(as the voucher was for a dozen they could put back), and the bagel was hard(in the morning), the eggs bad, and the bacon not well cooked. In addition, the whole staff had a bad attitude and one of the guys(with long hair) was smoking a cigarette outside when I walked in and then came right back behind the counter and started handling food when he walked back in. Overall, I would highly recommend avoiding this place.

Horrible. Bagels taste like a keiser roll from Publix … Far worse than Einsteins. Also, no air conditioning and the help is lousy, almost rude.

Tried this Brickell bagel spot earlier after reading several glowing reviews on my trusty Unilocal Android app, you guys are awesome! I ordered an assorted dozen, impressed by the selection and variety of whole wheat offerings, my go-to bagel. The bagels were fresh and delicious, comparable to(strong words, I know) real New York bagels. The cream cheese selection is also excellent, with freshly-made jalapeño, Miami lox, scallion(my favorite), and even pesto. I will surely return and try their varied bagel sandwich offerings such as Salmon caviar bagel sandwich(this sandwich looks insanely good), and will also bump them up to 5 stars if the sandwiches deliver in deliciousness.

Now I know why the place is so empty. Service sucks, the place is hot, they don’t put sprouts in the el paso sandwich. No value here.

Coffee kicks the crap out of a chain who’s name rhymes with barchucks. I’ve never had a bagel in New York but, the guys who run this place are all from the city. The bagels are delish so, it seems like their bringing the best of the Big Apple down here to the M-I-A

The manager of this store wrote to me to follow up with my review. It’s one of the nicest things he could have done, and he is truly concerned about his customers. I am truly pleased with his response. Try their bagels and bialys — they are EXCELLENT!

Went there twice for breakfast. The bagels were great but the smoothies were even better. I forget which two I had(something with coconut i know. Think the best was coconut and mango.) but they were delicious. Its a small place but much of their business appears to be carryout. Service is quick and cost is not bad at all. My daughter and I both noticed that we were not hungry 3 hours after eating here. I had a garlic bagel the first day and decided although I love garlic, it was a little much for breakfast. I tasted it all day long. Next day I think I had a blueberry and that was still tasty but I only tasted it once. Better that way.

How is it that a Deli makes a great salad? I ordered the Mediterranean Salad and it had so many goodies… WOW!!! Not so many greens, lots of goodies in the salad, cheese and much more! Definitely a come back for a yummi salad!!! Better than the other salads around Downtown!

Great food! Best pastrami outside of New York! Homemade cream cheese is also very good.

Growing up in NJ i have always been a big fan of bagels. Good for breakfast but great for lunch too. My favorite way to eat bagels is when it is topped with cream cheese(of course), lox(smoked salmon), tomato, onion and capers. I am a real sucker for it! New York Bagel Deli really delivers; they have SO many varieties of bagel sandwiches! When I eyed up their Salmon Caviar Bagel Sandwich I knew I had to have it and it was scrumptious! Big enough to split with a friend or significant other if youre not trying to completely pig out. The caviar on top is such a nice added touch! And I’ve never seen this item anywhere else… They also sell a bunch of their homeade cream cheese spreads in different varieties if you’re planning on preparing your bagels at home. The restaurant is nice and clean and actually kind of modern with the LCD televisions behind the counter. Service is very quick too. Looking forward to my next visit!

I’m from the Midwest. The fact that this place has«New York» in the name means nothing to me. What does mean something to me is the fact that each time I’ve been here I’ve had a really frickin tasty sandwich! I love bagel sandwiches. These bagels provide just the right support for a sandwich — firm and not too chewy so you don’t end up fighting the bread just to take a bite. The ingredients are fresh and the variety is fantastic. As a downtown worker, it’s good to know you can come to the same place for lunch and have something delicious and different each day. Word to the wise — while the tuna salad is delicious, it’s hard to keep on the sandwich. So eat alone or grab lots of napkins. Each bagel sandwich comes with a pickle, slice of fruit and chips or a pickle. At $ 5.99 for a satisfying salami sandwich, I was quite pleased. A clean interior with sleek modern furniture and colorful New York Cab-inspired art on the wall, this place is comfortable to eat in and offers a nice respite from the dingy downtown exterior. Unfortunately, it is far enough from my office to make walking in heels uncomfortable, but they do offer free delivery with a $ 10 minimum order.

Lame. If a place is called NY Bagels, then I expect NY style bagels, theirs are more like rolls ala Einstein’s. They have neat flavors like rosemary and mediterranean, but bagels are expensive and small. Plus they aren’t NY bagels! You should see what their bialys look like, it’s kinda of embarrassment to real bialys. Also, they didn’t give me one of the bagels I ordered in my half dozen. I wouldn’t come back here.

It’s good to have another deli in downtown Miami. NYBD’s strength is its location on Flagler. Outside tables for two are great for a powwow with a friend and to sit, shaded, on a hot day. Bagels are first rate and you can sample all of their schmears. The juices are pricey but probably worth it when the heat gets unbearable. I had a meatball paremgiana on a toasted garlic bagel. Meatball seemed a little undercooked, and not so flavorful… however, I sampled some other stuff and found it worth giving another try. Stop by for a try. I’ll come again for their salads next time.

YAY! More downtown bagels! And BETTER than the others in the area! I really like bagels and I really dislike the other bagel places so I was rather quick to order as soon as I found they had finally opened. Hummus Sandwich on toasted garlic bagel This was a good bagel with some good hummus. The bagel was not too crunchy or chewy and the hummus was not overly seasoned like it is at so many places. I rather enjoyed the vegetables that were put on the sandwich — what a delicious mess. My next step: try the nova lox.

Better than the bagels in New York! Amazing! I normally don’t like bagels since they irritate my upper palate but their Italian Bagel Sandwich was perfectly soft inside and toasty on the outside. It was the perfect medley of pesto, provolone, salami, and tomatoes and probably the best thing I’ve eaten in a while. However, slow service, it took over 15 minutes to get my food. The manager apologized but would not admit fault, he kept repeating«it’s just a busy day, it’s not normally like this.» But you know what, I’ll put up with the wait again and again for their bagels.
