I thought that people were only nice on base,. But wow best customer service everyone is so nice and helpful. The only downside is the parking,.but can’t fault them for that. Will remain at navy fed forever.

This is the worst bank if u want to call it a bank that ever existed so both my brother and myself had fraud from navy which the place the gave tens of thousands of credit to we have never been to the town And as far as I can tell this bank did no checking what so ever to notice both my bro and myself have never left our area in 50 plus years. So it’s been since dec 2014 and no resolve on the fraud on my credit. Also I have net heard of navy until this fraud cured so forget Navy federation unless u want trouble oh yeah just try and reach fraud dept 3months no luck

I joined the NFCU about 10 years ago but only started using them as my primary bank just a few months ago. Their customer service is top notch! Always a friendly and helpful teller to greet you. My only hang up with this location is the parking situation. While there is limited parking on the street due to construction, they do offer validated parking around the corner. A short walk but not so convenient when you’re in a hurry. Can’t beat the rates and the service!

I’m a member at navy federal for almost
Four years now! And I have to admit
There is no better bank than navy federal
The stuff is always nice polite and professional! I never have to wait in line
More than 5 – 10 minutes I never had one issue with them! Even though it is a little bit
Far from where I live I prefer driving there
Than going to two other banks I’m banking with ! Highly recommend !
