Mr. Not So Good Stuff My girlfriend and I ordered two burgers, medium, and both were practically raw. Awful rare burger, totally inedible. Unfortunately, my girlfriend attempted to eat some of her burger and got food positioning. Terrible experience. Less than 1 star

Oh my goodness! Their guasacaca and little cheese balls(mini version or arepitas) made me travel back in time to Venezuela! So rich and full of flavor! My husband had the bacon and blue cheese burger and he loooooveed it! Definitely my favorite food truck of the night!

Awesome burgers! HUGE portions! And they were definitely fresh! The guys in the truck were on their job, as soon as I walked up to the truck they were very nice and even recommended their best items

Amazing food — better customer service. At the end of the day it’s always going to be the customer service that makes the experience. But, let’s be real here — the food is LEGIT too! I was at Funky Buddha(shocker) and we were starving for some grub. I must say this was my FIRST time ever grabbing something from the trucks outside… but won’t be my last. We got: Arepa — just cheese. This thing was incredible! This is a latin twist on a grilled cheese I guess… and it’s amazing. Cheezy — My — Neezy: Little cheese balls… fried…and delicious! Dip them in the green or pink sauce. PLUS it came with some delicious guava dipping sauce too. Fries — got an order if the regular seasoned fries. They were solid! Add on a ton of the sauces(green, white or red) and you’ve got a killer side. Mac Daddy Fries — Fries with Mac & Cheese on top. WHOA! I was expecting traditional mac and cheese but this was more like penne with a white cheese sauce. It was great. Overall — everything is fried. Basically. But that’s fine… because what goes better with some beer? I mentioned the customers service — and it can’t be denied. The owner was there taking orders, cooking, handing out the food — working his ass off. He was super personable and you could tell he was loving what he was doing. The wait for the food was somewhat long(it’s fresh)…so he would send everyone off with a cheezy-my-neezy ball stuffed with one of the sauces. Something to hold you over while you wait. It’s SMALLTHINGS like that that will sepearate you from everyone else.

We found this food truck at the 2014 Hot Dog Festival! This truck definitely stood out to me with their fun logo and colors of the truck! I walked up to the truck to look at the menu and was instantly welcomed to Mr. Good Stuff! The guys were upbeat and fun! After looking at the menu I walked away to see what the other trucks had to offer before finding myself back at this truck! Walking back up to the truck one of the guys asked where I went. He said he was trying to give me a sample! I had no clue. I love samples! It was a delicious burst of cheesy goodness called their Cheezy-My-Neezy! It is a cornmeal bite filled with 4 cheeses: Cheddar, Mozzarella, Provolone, Gorgonzola! SOLDME! They recommended their Sweet Caroline Dog telling me it is their best seller! This dog absolutely did not disappoint! Carolina BBQ Pulled Pork with Cheddar Cheese and Coleslaw topped on an all Beef Hot Dog! This dog was gooood! All the ingredients were fresh and really worked together to make a incredible dog! We would of ordered more but since there were so many different trucks to try we held back. I will definitely look for Mr. Good Stuff in the future! These guys were so fun to order from and conversation with! Customer service is extremely important when running a food truck I think and these guys really know how to welcome you to their truck! Enjoy!

We were working an event at a K-8 school in Homestead, FL for the kids, assisting them with there field day and FCAT. To our surprise Mr. Good Stuff was called in to provide lunch to the staff and volunteers. Boy I am I glad they did! They were serving a pulled pork burger with cole slaw and these cheesy arepa balls that were simply mouth watering and packed with cheesy flavor. Topped with a Garlic/Mayo sauce over to add a finishing touch that was well paired. The sandwich was magnanimous, from the bud which was toasty yet soft, the BBQ pulled pork which had an insane rush of flavors and the coleslaw added a savory flavor to the sandwich which made it a hit. I loved everything about what they did, and how they did. I would recommend this food truck to anyone.

For anyone who comes across this food truck and can’t decide what to order, have the Sweet Caroline. Trust me. Sweet Caroline is just one of their many lunas(stuffed white corn arepas). This deliciousness consists of an arepa stuffed with quite possibly the best BBQ pulled pork I have ever had and coleslaw. If you’re not a fan of pork, there’s a chicken salad luna, vaca frita luna and about five to six other lunas made to order. The Cajun fries are great also. They have just enough seasoning to give them a good kick. The menu also features Cajun sweet potato waffle fries with a side of maple syrup. Mhm, you read correctly, maple syrup. After trying Mr. Good Stuff for the first time today, I just might become a groupie and follow them around. Sweeeet Ca-ro-liiiiine, pa pa pa!

Great food! The badonkadonk and sweet caroline are my favorites, they have good sauces too. I believe it’s called ‘tigers blood’ and it’s hot! Always sad when this food truck isn’t gathered with all the other food trucks by my home.

After walking right past this truck at many food truck rallies, I finally tried them. My husband & I shared the Godfather burger. The description got me. Hook, line and sinker. The end result was very good. The burger was perfectly cooked and sat between a yummy brioche. The stuffing was minimal and I think I would have preferred some pesto instead of just basil. I would have also liked it topped with more bruschetta. However, overall the taste was really good. For me, it was a knife and fork type burger. But not for my husband. He devoured his half in a blink of an eye. My half, completely«stuffed» me.

The only thing I love more than a quality arepa is a STUFFED arepa! Good gosh. The chicken-pineapple curry and the caroline(pork and coleslaw) make me wish I could have traded my stomach in for an empty one so I could keep on grubbin’.

Burgers — 5 stars! One of my favorite food trucks, and definitely my most visited food truck because they’re always by my office on Friday’s. I’ve tried all their burgers and they’re all delicious, including the new Fall Turkey Gobbler; it’s much leaner and less greasy. Granted, as stated, unless you order the turkey burger, they do come a little on the greasy side, but you didn’t come to this truck to eat a salad now, did you? Also, the Cajun fries are a must. Luna’s — 3 stars.(based on one experience) I’ve only ordered a Luna once, to change it up, and the wetness of the ingredients inside + the heat, made the outer shell of the arepa very soggy. I hate soggy food. It had that wet sheet of paper consistency, and I just couldn’t finish it. This might’ve been a fluke, because I always see people ordering Luna’s, but I don’t know if I may go down that road again. To be clear, it was a pulled pork Luna, so maybe if I get something a little dryer it wont be sopping wet. All in all, I eat here a few times a month, and Mr. Good Stuff himself is always in the truck. Super cool guy.

Mr. Good Stuff has solidified their position as one of my favorite trucks here in the Mia. I first ran into them when they were brand new and their menu was seemed to be a little more complex back then. I tried the Sweet Caroline Arepa sandwich and was in heaven, especially after pouring on some of that green sauce and some tiger blood. I knew this truck was special at Hello. Fast forward to last night at the Wynwood ArtWalk. Unfortunately when we arrived, chilled to the bone with empty bellies, we were advised they were out of the two things we planned to order, the Sweet Caroline and the sweet potato fries side. The menu has streamlined since my last visit — Arepa Sammies, Stuffed Burgers, and Sides. So we improvised and decided to try one of their burgers, The Godfather. Holy. Crap. This thing was so finger licking good, we were in heaven. Speaking of heaven, we ordered the fried cheese balls w/the guava dipping sauce as well and referred to those as the bites from heaven for the rest of the night. I have yet to be disappointed with anything I’ve tried from Mr. Good Stuff. The name doesn’t lie!

Mr. Good Stuff has been on my food truck radar for far too long. When i knew they’d be at Wynwood Art Walk I decided to forgo a meal beforehand and instead, finally try their food at the round-up as a mid-walk break. For my meal, I went with the Son of a Brisket and Not Yo’ Mama’s Fries(for better or for worse I can never resist sweet potato fries and they’re waffled? All bets are off the table!) The food didn’t take too long to prepare and both my Luna and fries were served piping hot. They were out of the spicy sauce which I was hoping to try but all my worries were pushed aside with one taste of the green sauce the friendly worker recommended for the brisket. He certainly was right and the combination of juicy meat, pickled onions, cheese and cooling dressing was too good not to devour. This sandwich was big enough for two of me but I couldn’t help but finish it all. Thankfully I had a friend to help me with the fries which were amazing! I am so relieved that this truck lived up to my expectations, I’d definitely be down for more of their good stuff again.

My favorite food truck stop on a visit to the rally at Tropical Park. The guys in the truck were the most fun and friendly that I met all night. I went for the Bedonk-A-Donk which they only had a little left of, so they made me half of that and another half of the Sweet Caroline. The Sweet Caroline turned out to be my favorite but the Bedonk-A-Donk was great too! I topped them off with some Tiger Blood(gosh, I love the names) which was delicious and not too over-the-top spicy to enjoy with the sandwiches. This will be my first stop next time I come to the rally. I want to try everything!

Being Venezuelan I had certain expectations from this truck. I was pleased, but not blown away. I have had their chicken salad and avocado and bacon arepa, it was pretty good, but stingy on the bacon and avocado. When I ordered it I thought it would be like a Reina Pepiada(Google it!) made out of avocado, but it was chicken salad in mayo TOPPED with avocado and bacon. With a few squirts of the cilantro mayo we were in serious business. The arepa itself was awesome though. Perfect flavor and texture. On our second encounter we had«El Huevon» — if you’re Venezuelan you’re probably LOL’ing b/c you know how awesome this name is. I expected beef(like carne mechada, google!) not a burger patty in there — but, it was pretty badass. The egg and bacon, cheese and sauces made it all come together beautifully. My husband was feeling frisky so her ordered the Cheezy for My Neezy which was ridiculously delicious — the guava sauce is so creative and tasty. This dish isn’t Venezuelan, but it was pretty f’ing great. My friends had the stuffed tostones and inhaled them — they must have been good(they looked amazing.) I wish Mr. Good Stuff well — how about adding some cachapas to the menu guys? ;-)

Wow! What an amazing arepa. This stuff took me to the roof of pure food bliss. The arepa was hot, crispy, thick and full of warm beef brisket. The suggested green sauce was the perfect match. The taste of everything lingers in your mouth. You almost want to go back for more but they are very filling. I will totally follow this truck.

I have always enjoyed the delicious perfection of a Venezuelan(or Colombian) pan fried cheesy arepa. I will never be able to look at arepa the same again. Mr. Good Stuff takes this South American staple and kicks it up into the upper stratosphere. Their«luna» sandwiches take a delicious arepa and stuff them with your choice of yummy filling. We tried the chicken curry and beef brisket lunas. All I have to say is WOW. The chicken curry was tasty and juicy and some additional green chili sauce really went well with the sandwich. The beef brisket was tender and juicy and I kicked it up a notch with a nice layer of chili sauce. At $ 7 a pop, I can say this was a great deal as we both ended up absolutely STUFFED. Oh if that wasn’t enough gluttony, we also had a side of fried cheese balls with a guava dipping sauce. I think this is what may have put me into food coma bliss fo the night… The staff was incredibly friendly, and the service as super fast. Can’t wait to try some more offerings at the next BTTR.
