This motel just looks nice on the outside. But in the inside the rooms are very dirty. They really need to hire staff that are trained to clean and disinfect. The hot water runs out by the end of the day, they do not sweep or mop the rooms properly, they do not clean the showers or toilets properly. And since I’ve stayed here my head has been itchy and itching. Unfortunately this was our last resort because all the hotels were booked in this area. We will never never never stay in a motel six again!!! Steph says they cannot do anything about it so don’t even bother to complain they will not fix it.

The staff at this Motel 6 location seem to be in the practice of over booking rooms. Then taking a first come first serve approach. 2 others in the lobby were in the same situation as me. Conveniently, they told each of us that our credit cards were declined. Impossible as we each quickly booked a room at a different hotel instantly from our smart phone using the same«declined» card. What a scam! It was the last thing I needed at midnight after a flight from DC and a $ 14 [plus tip] cab ride. I know that Motel 6 is a budget option, but it’s one I’ve used in other states without issue. However, this locations staff is BBB Fail material. I even spoke with the GM, Mr Ali, on his cell. He refused to admit wrong doing or provide a comp of any kind. He also would not give his last name. If you need it his cell is(305) 528‑5663. I ended up paying $ 100 more at the Red Roof Inn. At least they have their act together, provide free shuttle service to airport, and a free simple breakfast.
