There were two ladies working. I approached them and looked at the menu and not a word was uttered to me and my girlfriend. We’re were ready and waiting for them to say hi but nothing … One lady was counting money and the other was staring at us and said nothing. Then she said to her co worker in Spanish «oh idk what they’re waiting for if they are ready… «Well my girlfriend heard her and they didn’t know that we speak Spanish too. So not only did they have bad customer service but they talk behind our backs in Spanish. This really ticks me off. We will be contacting the owner of this stand.

Buen sabor en el café y en la comida pero en ocaciones se confunden con las órdenes por lo que te dan otra cosas o algo similar a lo que pediste, en lo personal yo recomendaría que pidieran de café una colada un poco fuerte pero con mucho sabor además de que te levanta.

Horrible service. At times if you call ahead they will forget your order. They always seems to have some ingredient missing and ask if you’re okay without it or wait 30 mins. 5 dollar minimum on card… So If you just want an buy an empanadas (which by the way they never have ready, so they’ll make you wait another 5 minutes) … Good luck. Better use cash… But don’t take out a 20 dollar bill because they’ll get upset because they have to break a 20. If I could give no stars I would.

Great little place for lunch and coffee. Went with my husband for lunch. I got a Cuban bowl, and he got a sandwich. My bowl was great with a ton of food! I was worried about the steak being too tough or chewy, but it was perfect! My only complaint is that we walked right by it the first time, since there aren’t signs on the side.

I really do like eating at this little shop inside of the Falls. But I do have a problem with the service a bit. I wish the staff spoke more English because when they asked me for salad – «Salad?» I was thinking I’m either gonna get it on the side or I’m gonna get lettuces and tomato in my wrap along with what I got last time for the «Create Your Own Wrap.» Which was black beans, rice, plantains and meat. I got meat with slides of carrots, tomato, lettuce and cucumber. I wasn’t too happy, but I tried something new. I’m likely to go again, but work on understanding what they ask of me.

Very happy my favorite South Miami «cafesito-​joint» is now also in the Falls. Same great food (delivery fresh daily), friendly staff, and variety of different sandwiches and empanadas. Can’t believe no one has opened a Cuban place in the Falls till now — and the location next to the Apple store makes it a perfect stop while your shopping. Highly recommended!

I do alot of reviews based on the type of ffod and the service. I give this 5 stars for both. I a great little place in the Falls to to get great quick Cuban food. Its The Falls version of a Food truck LOL They Pan con Bistec and Pan con Pollos are awesome and my store’s favorite. The croquetas are good too. We go there about every other day for lunch. The ladies behind the counter are super sweet and make everything fresh and to order. They know how to really take care of you. I wish I coul go more in detail but you have to try it for yourself its just good wholesome Cuban comfort food in a little shack in The Falls shopping center. Way better then any other eatery in that mall and at a good price too!
