All I can say is wow! I called the company, and simply asked for the owner because I wanted to ask a few business questions and the owner hung up on me before i could ever speak. Then i called back because i thought we got disconnected, and before i could say one word the guy goes off on me, then blocks my number. DO NOT EVEN CALL THIS BUSINESS UNLESS YOU WANT TO FEEL LIKE A HORRIBLE PERSON FOR MAKING A SIMPLE PHONE CALL!!!

Wish I could give zero stars. My building required movers insurance to be sent to them 1 week prior to the move. Alex from this company told me for three days straight that it will be sent over today and it never got faxed or emailed to the building’s management company. Two days before the move I called him again and questioned why he never sent it over, he proceeded to rage over the phone and curse at me saying he will send it. I stayed calm and told him my building required this info a week in advanced and they are now threatening to push my move in date back a week. Alex then told me to go fu*k myself and that my move was canceled, he hung up and blocked my phone number. This left me scrambling for a new moving company two days before my move.
Never use this company! Unprofessional and unreliable.
