i took some 8 mm home movies from 1957 – 1967 that we found in our garage from my mother in laws estate and I had them put on dvds for my husband and his sisters for christmas. It was not cheap but they were organized, put to simple music and ready for Christmas. it was perfectly done. I could not be happier

Couldn’t be happier with my experience. Dropped by with an old family vacation video in VHS format (circa 1988), and they were able to convert it to a DVD quickly, and without any issues. I highly recommend this company, and would trust them again with any of my treasured family films. It was such an emotional experience to watch the footage for the first time in over 12 years (when I last had a VCR). The sound and quality was unaffected by the transfer. I can’t wait to gift the DVDs to my siblings for Christmas ! Go and secure your family history in digital format– you won’t regret it!

They are the worst. I dropped off all my VHS tapes to be transferred to DVD’s. Each of my VHS tapes were labelled. They combined a bunch of VHS tapes onto DVD’s and I have 5 – 6 DVD’s all labelled the same. Now years later, trying to view them to get clips for my daughter’s wedding, I have to go through ALL the DVD’s to find what I want. So annoying.

I have toured their facility and would not trust my old video or photos to anyone else. And if you live in Broward, they have a store in Weston. Joseph Rothschild is a tremendous asset to any project you bring his way.

Memory Factory did a great job restoring my old VHS tapes to digital. I brought them old tapes from high school, and now I can watch them again.
The service was outstanding and the people were very friendly. It didn’t take long for them to know exactly what I wanted and they delivered a perfect product. I only wish I went in sooner so I could have been enjoying these tapes earlier.
While there I saw some other work they do, such as restoring old photographs — very impressive.
I highly recommend them for any and all photo/​video needs!

I called twice to speak with a manager and left my name and number both times. I never got a call back that day, the following day or the day after. I had to call again to get her on the phone. Why is returning a phone call so hard? I believe that a good company starts with good management.

I worked in television for 7 years, so I know this business. I’m only half way thru their process, but I already love it. I had four Super 8 film reels from 1974. When I worked at the station, I would ask all the television engineers where I could get them transferred. I could never get an answer. I found out about these guys on Groupon and I couldn’t believe what they offer and their prices. Great stuff.
