Terrible customer service! From drivethru to management. No longer will give them my business. Will drive the extra mile to the other McDonalds.

Fast food doesn’t always equate to fast. This McDonalds’s always has a long line for breakfast but it’s the only location on my morning commute and well, sometimes you’re just too lazy to make breakfast or just crave an Egg McMuffin. This location started giving 1 minute hourglasses upon payment and if the time runs out before you receive your food, you get a free sandwich. Pretty cool, because I got one this morning. I like that they’re trying to work on providing faster service. Egg McMuffins for the win!!!

Well, for starters it’s McDonalds, no one is expecting 5 stars. There are very mixed reviews on this place, it truly depends on the hour of your visit. Some of the staff can be super sweet and the other can be extremely lost. 50% of the time orders at night will be wrong! So do yourself a favor and double check your things before you drive off. We just ordered 2 medium coffees and the 2 ladies at the window were having an amazing conversation with each other that reflected on our order. We got 2 smalls. Like I said before, I have also had very good reviews where the employees were really helpful! So it’s all a matter of luck. May The Odds Be Ever In Your Favor: D

No play area here. Much quieter than the McD on US 1. Service is good and employees efficient and pleasant. Can be busy right after Robert Morgan Educational Center lets out with the students grab a quick bite.

This McDonald’s is pretty good! The staff listens to your order correctly and repeats the order it back to you either in person when you’re inside or if you’re in the drive through. What I like most is that the staff lets you get extra sauce without charging you anything. Most fast food restaurants are starting to be jerks and make you pay more for extra sauce. That should be a part of the free service. So if you’re in the mood to have extra sauce with your nuggets or sauce with your fries – with or without your nugget order. Plus, they have a variety of sauces to offer you. You’ll actually leave with a smile. Because you’ll be leaving happy and with a correct order!

I’m pretty much a fan of any Mc Donalds but this one was really good for some reason. I think it’s because there new. The service is fast, and the staff is really nice.
Best part is, when you order your hash brown, there crisp! Which I Love!

Best service I have had at any fast food place in a long time. Employees are very friendly and fast.
