Lucci Beauty Salon & Nails

It’s my second time getting an acrylics refill and I am very happy. After an awful experience at another salon I was very appreciative that someone took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. Even though the salon doesn’t look like the most modern I am very pleased with my experience there.

Despite these other reviews. This Salon is my top salon. They are extremely professional and amazing at their job. Sandra, the owner is very talented. Amazing with hair ! She has done extensions, keratin, bleach, toner, highlights and die all in one day with the most care. I don’t know a lot of people that will really do that for their customers. She really cares about the customers needs and checks up with them during the week. If you can, I encourage everyone to come and check this salon! You truely will walk out with a smile. If you don’t believe me, take a look at the pictures. Every Tuesday and Thursday they have a great special which is mani and pedi for $ 20! Make sure you all come check out this great place ! I wouldn’t go to another place or trade it for anything !!!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. 1) If you DO decide to make this your go-​to place, be prepared to have a different nail tech every 2 weeks. 2) Don’t wait until the last minute to make your appointment because these people are so unprofessional they don’t even have a business phone, so the owner (who is always too busy to talk btw) uses her cellphone and is either always with a client or not at the salon and doesn’t have the appointment book with her. 3) IF you are able to make an appointment, it doesn’t even matter because there is no structure there, so even if you’ve been waiting there and your nail tech doesn’t feel like coming in that day, the owner will apologize and RESCHEDULE YOU FOR ANOTHER DAY instead of letting you get your nails done with a different person (like what happened to me this past weekend). 4) $ 18 groupon is nice for the first time, but don’t get used to the prices either because that changes every time you go as well. Basically, the owner is not professional, doesn’t know how to run a business and then tries to blame other people for her shortcomings.

Although I had good experiences before, things have changed. After a few times of going they started hiking up the prices. Every time I would go they would give me a different price. I stopped going for about 4 months because of this inconsistency. I decided against my better judgement and went back. I took about 6 phone calls before I was able to schedule an appointment for my sister and I. When I arrived there was only one technician because the other was running late. I got my mani and pedi as my sister patiently waited. The owner then asks is if my sister would like to reschedule because she has another appointment at 2pm. My sister explained to her that the same way she had been waiting for her turn the 2pm appointment should have to wait. The owner was not understanding at all! So we decided to leave. None the less we will NEVER return to this unprofessional and unorganized salon.

I came here for a mani-​pedi with a groupon and based on good Unilocal reviews. I have to say, when I drove up, I was a little skeptical. The place is not in a nice looking spot. The salon has bars on the windows, and they have to buzz you in as the door is always locked. Not the kind of place I would ever visit. I almost just turned around and drove back out of the parking lot, willing to lose my $ 17 groupon, but I figured I would give them a chance. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. They were very friendly and did a very good job on my nails. All the equipment was sterilized in barbasol and they lined the foot bath in new plastic for each person. On top of that, their regular priced mani/​pedis are very reasonable. I would totally come here again.

Went into Lucci for the first time, after looking for a nail salon around the area, and must say its the best mani/​pedi I’ve had in years. Cuticles cut correctly, and was not rushed. Zoraya is awesome! I now have a new Salon to come to. I also had my eye brows done, and were perfect. I have not done my hair here, but will next week. They have good prices. I truly recommend.

My first time doing my mani/​pedi here and I LOVED it soooo much! This is a hidden gem! So glad I found this salon especially since it’s close to home. Also did my eyebrows = just perfect and the Keratin treatment on my hair and just so happy with everything!!! Highly recommend!!! :)

This is strictly a last minute manicure location because it is beside my barbershop, which makes it a matter of convenience. I looked around for the young ladies license to see if it visible. It wasn’t. The place was clean and extremely inviting. The utensils were sanitized, a definite plus. The young lady that performed my manicure looked like novice and did not speak really good english. The first thing I told her was not to cut my nails all the finger, but immediately that’s what she did. I chalk that up to mis-​communication. All in all it was an adequate job, but definitely not anything to call home about.
