Liquid N2 Ice Cream

Theres a lot to like about this food truck. The ice cream is tasty, even for a vanilla flavoring, and the pricing is just right. With a vast amount of flavours and toppings, you’ll be pleased enough with this option.

I discovered this food truck at the Wheelin’ Dealin’ Street Food Festival at the Magic City Casino. They have a good selection of ice cream and other desserts such as fried Oreos and mud pies.
I stuck to the ice cream. I had a scoop of Strawberry ice cream topped with gummy bears and crushed Oreos. It was very tasty! The strawberry ice cream was smooth, creamy and delicious! The person who took our order asked how everything was. He said that they use fresh from strawberries from Homestead to make their N2 Ice Cream.
I will definitely be back and update my review as I try more menu items.

This is one of my favorite food trucks. The sugar comas I get from this truck are the best… So worth it…
I’ve ordered:
–Double donut sandwich?- It’s two donuts with ice cream sandwiched in between. This is my favorite item. The donuts are so doughy and dense, not light and airy, which I really enjoy. I prefer heavy, thick, dense foods and this definitely fits the description. I like to order this with the cookie butter ice cream. I’ve ordered this twice now and am looking forward to eating them again. EASILY 5 out of 5.
–Fried oreos with ice cream– My girlfriend loves these. I like them as well, but I am not crazy about them how I am with the donut sandwich. Oreos fried… you can’t go wrong. I THINK they add fudge to the oreos then batter them up and fry them. You can taste that extra fudge in there when you bite into the oreos. I would give these a 4 out of 5. We’ve ordered these twice as well, mainly because of my girlfriend though.
— Fried icecream– I ate these for the first time this weekend. I was expecting something else when I ordered these. I was expecting icecream dipped in batter and fried. What Liquid N2 Ice cream does with their fried ice cream is roll it around in frosted flakes, then they fry it up really quickly. This was a pleasant surprise and the flavors… OMG. My new favorite dish! Well actually tied with the double donut sandwich. Definitely tons of sugar, but I enjoy that heavy sugary portion. We got the vanilla, strawberry, and cookie butter ice cream. All the flavors tasted amazing. Again EASILY 5 out of 5.
I will be back and probably order every time I see them!

Thumbs up for the cookie butter ice cream with fried preps, beyond amazing. The ice cream is beyond smooth and full of flavor. The staff is friendly making it a pleasure to have a sweet treat here!
