Worst experience ever from the most, unprofessional, unapologetic and selfish staff ever.
I had an appointment on Saturday December 31 at 1:30pm for an MRI and CT scan. I received a call around 10:30am asking me to come in early as the staff wanted to close the office early. They stated that there would be no wait for the CT scan and an hour wait for the MRI.
I arrived at 11:15 and by 1pm I was still waiting. I was told «soon» over and over again and was told they had no idea why I was told on the phone that there was no wait because it wasn’t true. I sat and watched almost every employee come in to kiss and hugs others as they were allowed to leave early. At 1:45 ish I finally had the CT scan. By then there was 1 employee left in the waiting room and I was the last patient. I was escorted to sit in a hallway to wait for the MRI with 2 others patients and the employee turned the lights off to most or the office.
The MRI tech was curt to say the least and I wasn’t finished until 3pm!
To add insult to injury I was told the results would not be ready until Tuesday so I rescheduled my Monday doctors appointment to Thursday. Well the results weren’t ready when I got to my doctors! They hadn’t even looked at them yet!
This was the most unprofessional medical facility I have ever been to and I highly recommend you avoid this place like the plague.

Went to Homestead office on a Wednesday for an 11 am appointment. Walked in to see about 25 people in the waiting room and was expecting to sit there all afternoon. I was called after about an hour wait and out of there shortly after. The work staff were all extremely nice and answered my questions in a polite and professional manner. Would recommend this site to others.

Had a Shoulder issue and went to Urgent Care on Sunday. I was given a prescription for an x-​ray on Monday. Of course I have a job and needed to have a plan. So, I called the number to get the office hours. Press 1 for English. Message says that I can check web site
. Address no good. Back to the phone. Selected Homestead location and was given all information. IN SPANISH. No comprende. Will go elsewhere for service.

Terrible why do they give you an appointment for your never going to be called on time not even close try an hour an a half or more from your appointment time not professional never again their are so many diagnostic centers why put up with this and for a health care center the bathrooms are disgusting so unprofessional

I have been to Homestead office twice. Each time the wait wasn’t long, the technicians were very competent, explained everything they would do and what I needed to do. Just awesome experiences.

Walked in and the waiting room was full. My appointment was at 8:15 and I left there at 9:15. Not bad! Friendly staff and very knowledgable. Waiting times between signing and filling out forms and waiting for exam wasn’t bad. For those getting a Cat Scan you need to be fasting and the exam lasts like 10 minutes and a bit uncomfortable. You feel heat all over your body for about a minute. I just closed my eyes and waited for the test to be over. Drink plenty of water after!

Don’t bother scheduling an appointment, because they won’t keep it.
Have been a customer for several years and during that time I have never been seen in a timely fashion.
Expect to wait over an hour for a simple X-​ray, and several for MRI/​CAT.

Excellent service, the all staff incredible, amazing, excellent patient care, the technical super-​professionals, specific ultrasound technique, named XENIA, you see that she loves her job and enjoys it. I live in homestead and you have one a few miles from my house, but I do not mind traveling to the other end of the city, because the staff is most excellent, as they no longer are. congratulations
