Worst place ever. I have no idea why they still in business. Worst customer services have ever experienced and incredibly overpriced. Words can’t describe how horrible this place is.

For a second I thought I was back in Caracas. Poor service, overpriced, staff that has no clue what they are doing. Shows that start hours after they are supposed to(so that you consume overpriced drinks and food while you wait). I honestly cant understand why artists want to perform here when there are so many better places in Miami… I was given«vip» tickets… but I had to wait in line 45 mins to get in. The staff didnt know which line was for what. The tables? unconfortable… specially if you have to wait 3 hours for the show that was supposed to start 3 hours ago. The food? Not so bad. Bottle service? starts at $ 300 for a bottle of black label. Beers are $ 8 and sodas are $ 3. If you want to be treated like cattle and be overcharged for it… the come to La Scala. Otherwise save your money and go ANYWHERE else. Seriously… STAYAWAY…

I am placing one star on this place because Unilocal doesn’t allow to do less than that. If you are Venezuelan, you will find the same scam as back there: An artist who is supposed to show up at 8 ends up taking the stage at 2 am. You pay the price for the ticket and if you don’t want to drink, you go and sit in the back where the theater ends, otherwise you need to sit in a table that has a minimum consumption fee of $ 250,which is the price they sell a $ 35 bottle that you can find on Publix. Plus, they think you are a thief first hand, since they ask you for an id and the credit card to hold them for you at the cashier until you want to leave. It’s a shame that if you want to watch a Venezuelan music concert, in front row, at the time it was stipulated you are not able to, because this guys wants to take the most money out of you by selling ten times the price of a bottle and presenting the artist 6 hours later so you have nothing else to do than consume. It’s not about the money, as you can see in my feed from Unilocal I spend thousands of dollars in the best restaurants in Miami. It’s about trying to do the same awful thing you do in your country, here. Having no respect whatsoever for the customer and trying to make yourself rich in one night only.
