Good sandwiches, but rude staff. If you get a sandwich to go(take out), the staff will just toss the sandwich in a bag without wrapping it with anything. If you ask it be wrapped with paper or wax paper, they act just so inconvenienced, it is odd and off putting. They taste good, but need to work on service.

Had the salami panini for lunch… Perfect for on the go quick and ready to munch on… Not expensive at all considering the location… Great outdoor seating for those moments you just need to get out of the office and enjoy some outside(slightly polluted) air… Breakfast choices are just as affordable if not more and the staff is very welcoming!!!

Salads are good, but could vary more. Sandwiches can be skimpy for the price charged. Quality and taste are good though.

La Prep won’t win points for innovation but sometimes you’re driving down Brickell Ave and you realize you need a sandwich. Enter: La Prep. It’s everything you would expect from a Brickell casual lunch eatery: easy location, accessible menu and combo options. On a particularly harried Thursday, I found myself taking advantage of their sandwich/salad combo(which is a better deal than simply getting one or the other). The Turkey sandwich was fine but I had to ‘reach’ for the salad selection: by the time I arrived, there weren’t many options from which to choose and the woman behind the counter wasn’t thinking about making anything up. So, here’s a tip: come early because if you want something and it’s gone, it’s gone. Another tip: don’t call in asking questions. I did so and was hung up on. Twice. Gotta love that good ol’ Miami customer service.

Good fast place for lunch. They mainly have sandwiches and paninis. They offer combo sandwich salad or sandwich soup. Their sandwiches are good: white bread, wheat bread, paninis and pita. They’re main lack is in their salads. If you want a salad for lunch, it’s spinach, cole slaw or beets. No composed salads with protein. Hopefully they open their menu and offer more salads.

I had a few coworkers check this place out yesterday and figured I would give it a shot. Its new for us… but the main guy there said they’ve been opened since July. Its easy to miss since they have a fairly nondescript outdoor advertisement. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing and the employees are courteous. I ordered a tuna wrap and their minestrone soup, both of which were good and you could tell was fresh. –I also grabbed an ice latté with almond milk and it was superb; I wasn’t expecting them to have such great coffee! I’ve been back a couple times and have been pretty happy that they keep the quality up. Cheers!

The ONLY reason my co workers and I even go there is because it’s convenient since it’s the only café in the building we work in. The food is decent a little expensive but it’s OKAY nothing more than that. WHAT I HAVE A PROBLEMWITHISTHESERVICE, it’s ABSOLUTELYTERRIBLE! I literally created a Unilocal account just so I can write a review about how bad my experience is here time after time. Besides the fact that all the employees there always have a «I hate my life» face they don’t even know their own menu or prices. The guy at the register that rings everyone up(I think he’s the manager) is a full on DOOFUS he might as well be wearing a Dunce cap, he charges you a different amount EVERYTIME& he gives you attitude & has little smart remarks to say. How hard is it to ring someone up for a croissant with a side of cream cheese?! Apparently it’s beyond difficult for this incompetent. $ 1.50 for a small side of cream cheese every morning because he feels like it, when it really costs 49 cents. On top of that he has the nerves to look at me with attitude and be like«Whatever.» Who knows how many people have been charged incorrectly because this Douche bag at the register forgets to take his Midol & does as he pleases. He has even tried to ring me up for items I am not purchasing. One time one of the other employees was ringing me up and added two zeros to the total. Ummm $ 400 for a soup?! I doubt it! Basically I vow to NEVERCOMEHEREAGAIN regardless of how hungry & desperate I may be for a morning pick me up. Even if it’s a wretched busy Monday morning and my body is calling for a croissant or coffee like if La Prep has the last one available on Earth, I will rather walk to a near by Mcdonalds in the humidity & with 4 ½ inch heels than see the manager or employees fart faces again!

This is a perfect quick, easy, fresh, and tasty lunch spot. I think they need to advertise more because I’m the only person whose ever heard of it among my circle of friends. The restaurant is situated in the SunTrust building which is highly convenient for me whenever I need to use the bank. The paninis and sandwiches are warm, on doughy bread(no worries, fiber fiends, they have wheat) and usually dripping with delectable cheese(I think the owner is French-Canadian, so he probably knows how to do cheese properly) and there’s always a colorful array of side salads to round out the perfect lunch. The bean salad is a fav of mine — healthy, spiced perfectly, and refreshing. The baked goods ain’t too shabby, either, and even better — the place shares space with Yogurbella — a froyo establishment. Hopefully they will step up the marketing because I’d hate to see this place fall off the map.

Good place to get a cup of non Cuban coffee and a sandwich. I’d give this place more stars but everything is pre made and you eat it as such. It’s reminiscent of your colleges cafeteria food. If you work in Brickell, every once in a while you’ll find yourself needing a quick, non-fast option and this is a great option for that. They have outdoor seating and tall counters that always makes me think how perfect it’d be to work or study.

I really like this place. I think it’s a great addition to the fast casual lunch scene in Brickell. It’s a pretty basic café; the have a good but standard selection of sandwiches, wraps, and salads. The baked goods looked great as well. I got the roast beef sandwich on wheat and I got it toasted; unfortunately, the bread got kind of soggy. I would definitely come back here and try more things.

This place is really great for a quick lunch :) They have some great sandwiches(Ham and Brie, Turkey, Salmon wrap, etc.) and yummy salads on the side(for instance, cesar salad, fruit salad, pasta salad, etc.). They even have yogurt for dessert! Never have too long a line, so it’s good and fast.

Nice new sandwich/lunch place open in the 777 Building on Brickell. Wraps, paninis and salads… and very good too. You’d almost miss this place as the windows are so tinted, you can’t even see inside… seems like they’re shooting themselves in the foot by doing this. Also, some outdoor tables and umbrellas would be nice.
