Pretty sure it’s closed. It never really caught on after so suddenly taking over Farm Stores(La Vaquita).

This is how it works… Step 1: Spot bright blue building with the words«LALEY» on the side of Bird Road. It looks a bit sketchy but you proceed anyways when you see the words«Café Bustelo» and«Drive Thru» on the side. Step 2: Safely make a quick turn off of Bird Road and head around the back of La Ley Café where you’ll find where to order. Step 2: Hold a dollar bill out the window. Step 3: Cheery staff takes your dollar and hands you cortadito. Step 4: Carry on your merry way. La Ley Café is linked to some sort of TV host lawyer man but I disregard the«La Ley» part and just stick to the«Café.» This was the best discovery for me on my way to work. Seriously, a flat $ 1 for a delicious cortadito. Do you realize this gets you a weeks worth of Cuban coffee for what one morning Starbucks regularly costs? Just saying… The people here are the kind you don’t mind seeing at 8 am — smiling and friendly while instilling in you the sense that you’re going to have a GREAT day. Get this, if the car at the main window is ordering something that takes a bit longer, they come outside to take the orders of the other cars waiting in line to get a head start. You don’t get that kind of service at Mickey D’s. I always go for the coffee but they have café staples like empanadas, tequenos, pan de bono and more for sale. They also have a wider selection of drinks and snacks that you might expect to see inside a gas station like OJ, milk and snack bars. If you want to park, they have room to order at a counter inside and a couple chairs outside to sit down if inhaling the fumes of Bird Road while you eat sounds enticing… All in all, if you’ve ever been curious about what this place could be, just know it’s Cuban café heaven in drive thru form.
