So happy I stumbled across this little delicious Colombian café where you can get a good and dare I say it even healthy breakfast and pay less than $ 6.00. Everyone here speaks Spanish but they understand enough english to get the order correctly. Solid spot for something good and cheap. Seating: There’s a little cute area to sit outside, or you can sit inside but the inside area literally feels like a cafeteria.

Someone who works at 1450 Brickell recommended that we meet for coffee/breakfast at this place. At first I panicked about parking and though I would spend forever trolling the adjacent streets only to find nothing, and would have to go to 1450 and walk over. Much to my surprise there were several free parking spots right out front! I got the croissant which looked like it was fresh out of the oven and a fresh squeezed orange juice. Both amazing! I will definitely come back and suggest it to others as a meeting place alternative to Sacha’s.

This place has its good and its bad but overall it offers good food for a reasonable price and the portions are big. If you work in the area, the cantina options are great. If you eat clean, not so much. The food is tasty and very close to authentic Colombian food, especially their ajiaco. I’ve been to many Colombian restaurants in Miami and this one by far has one of the closest versions of authentic ajiaco in town, aside from Mondongos. They also offer sancocho de gallina during the weekend for those who don’t like it with meat. All in all I like this place a lot and my obsession with their empanadas makes me overlook a lot of aspects that they could work on. While the service is not that bad and the staff is friendly, there seems to be lack of communication at times which is evident to the customers when you’re waiting in line and can sometimes come across as unprofessional. Shout out to Odalys for always having such a good attitude!

Best coffee in Brickell hands down. Their café con leche is liquid adderall; who wouldn’t love that? Plus, at $ 2 a cup(and it’s a big cup), it’s hard to find any cheaper. Food is a bit heavy for my taste, but I’ll still give them 5 stars just for the coffee. It’s that good.

How can not love la Estacion. This place brings authentic Colombian food to the heart of Brickell. You know you are in a great place, when you start seeing the same clientele day after day. Whether for breakfast or lunch, this place is always a great and and money conscious alternative in Brickell.

Siempre que he venido he tenido algun problema y no aprendo.

This place has the best lunch take out in Brickell! Love it! Their service is always on point. Even as busy as they are. I like how clean and visible their kitchen is. I’m a huge fan!

I love this little Colombian gem! The service is great and they have never disappointed me. I’ve only used them for catering and delivery, so I can’t speak to the feel of the restaurant, but if you are hosting a party or event, I highly recommend La Estacion! The food is fresh and very authentic and also very affordable. Everyone is super nice and helpful as well. I haven’t been to a better Colombian spot in Brickell!

Monday’s are the best! Arroz con pollo is out of this world. Also try the cucumber and tomato salad. Lunch with 2 sides is only $ 10, which is probably the cheapest that you’ll find in Brickell. So much food you could have leftovers too.

Waited 10 minutes for an empanada. Figures it was being cooked fresh. Nope, grabbed it from the case and tossed it in a bag, no lime or sauce. The empanada was pretty good, so I’ll give em another shot. But it shouldn’t take ten mins to throw a premade empanada in a bag.

Hands down my family’s favorite meal in Miami. Great owner! Great food! I really liked the bandeja paisa. very tasty! Try also their homemade juice. Mango was my favorite, but mora’s good too! Will definitely come back every time we’re in town.

I love this place! They change their menu everyday so you don’t get tired of ordering the same things. Not sure how authentic Colombian it is(I am not Colombian) but it is yummy Latin food. This place gets really packed so I recommend ordering ahead of time. The place is nice and clean with lots of TVs. The staff is very sweet and friendly. I have brought several of my coworkers here and they loved it.

Charged me $ 10 for a $ 5.75 salad bar plate. This is after half of the salad bar options were empty and hadn’t been refilled so there was limited choice to begin with. Total rip-off. Won’t be back– and neither will my coworkers. we used to have lunch there all the time!

Working in Brickell, I was introduced to this place by some of my co-workers. One of them SWORE by the chicken empanada. She was right… Their chicken empanadas are AMAZING and I love the hot sauce! The other food, I must admit was not that good. The cantina was cheap and they deliver, but it wasn’t too good. Most of the time, I would just eat the rice and beans and leave the other stuff. I would go just for the empanadas tho…

I’m not an avid reviewer and have really only done a couple for places I’ve enjoyed but my experience was so awful that I just felt compelled to actually write my first poor review because I would so not recommend this place to ANYONE! I was actually walking to the pizza restaurant next door when I walked by the window of La Estacion and got curious as to what they had to offer — boy do I wish I would’ve just kept walking… This place is one of those where you pick what you want, kind of like a blue plate special or for us Latinos it similar to Blue Sky but with much less options and organization. To start with when you walk through the door you walk right smack directly to the food counter(which had about 10 people behind it just standing there doing nothing). There were absolutely no menus or signs directing you as to what they were serving(which wasn’t that big a deal because I’m not an idiot I could see what they had), there was no direction as to how to order(which was a big deal because I had no idea what or how much I could get… did I get to pick a protein and a couple of sides or was it all a la cart — best part of it was that the girl serving me had no idea either), and of course there were absolutely no prices posted anywhere either(which is why I paid $ 20.85 for a chicken thigh, a spoonful of corn, some rice, a tamale, and a drink) I was floored when the cashier told me how much the total came out to be — but rather than making a scene I just paid and went on my way(It was take out by the way). So the whole walk back to work I couldn’t help but to feel like I had just been swindled somehow, but I optimistically hoped the food would be delicious and therefore worth it… NOT!!! Let me just state and clarify that I really don’t mind paying $$$ for good food but this was NOT good food by any means. The chicken was dry(HOWIS A CKNTHIGHDRY), the corn was greasy, the rice had a weird taste and was a little hard, and the tamale, well lets just say I would not feed it to my dog because it tasted like crap and even worse I cannot get the smell of it out of my office!!! So for all of these reasons I felt compelled to document and share my experience at La Estacion, and hopefully it will help the next poor curious and unsuspecting person walking by. KEEPWALKING!!!

Good daily specials Great Colombian food selection. The restaurant is set up for buffet style with fresh specials of the day. The prices are very cheap in comparison to the rest of the restaurants around in brickell. I highly recommend the pico de gallo salad. It’s delicious

HORRIBLE. The service in this place has gone into the gutter. Every-single– time I order, the food is not prepared, the order is not right and the man who answers is unapologetic about it. The cuban toast comes hard as a rock with no butter, the coffee which I loved comes cold and they cant even be bothered to toast a bagel or bring you an extra cream cheese that you are willing to pay for. This is the 3rd time in 2 weeks my order is wrong and when I call and complain the man who answers has the NERVE to tell me that the reason he did not give me an extra cream cheese is because I was not going to pay for it. Excuse me? If I ask for it, it means I’m going to pay for it. If I ask for coffee with milk, I do not mean black coffee and if I ask for mozzarella cheese. I do not mean swiss. I’m over this place. Extremely dissatisfied with their service and will no longer be ordering from there again.

Good and cheap breakfast. Café con leche, tostada and omlettes are the way to go. Will set you back about $ 6.

I thought I had hit the jackpot when i found out there was a Colombian place across from my job, but no, its Latin American. The food is greasy, the meat is tough, and the food underneath the heating lamps isn’t too appetizing to look at. It’s pretty expensive for what it is, I can eat at Perricone’s for that price. All in all a doable option for large portions, but I haven’t been back since.

Food was not good: The rice was overcooked and not flavorful — they tried to make it up by putting additions to it that just didn’t really help. Chicken was a tad bit dry and kinda tasted cheap. The cream of corn was good though. But I’d skip the hot counter for sure. Especially since they would cost $ 9 to $ 12 which is overpriced for this type of mediocre Latin food. I have not tried the empanadas/pastries or coffee.
