Love this store. They have great selections for all price ranges, engaging and helpful sales people, and a great location! Can’t recommend them enough! I love my john hardy necklace and earrings that I got there.

Just left JAE’S and my experience couldn’t have been better. I purchased earrings for my daughter and a necklace for my wife. I was treated like family. I love the service and friendly atmosphere. Will definitely go again next time I’m in Miami.

I can’t say enough positives about my experiences with Jae’s. I’ve purchased multiple products from earrings, to rings, to even most recently a watch. On two different occasions I described what I was looking for or provided a picture and not only were they able to find what I was looking for but went out of their way to locate the specific items.
I think of myself as a «thorough» shopper. One of the many reasons I enjoy and recommend Jae’s is their patience, and willingness to assist and answer any of my questions. I will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone for any type of jewelry need or purchase.

Terrible experience here! While the salespeople are helpful enough, the owner of Jae’s Jewelers is extremely rude and abrasive. He refused to give an estimate for repair work in advance and said flat out that it was «not worth his time».
While it may not be the most lucrative of transactions for him, what ever happened to customer service, or at a minimum, being respectful to people in your place of business?
Could not agree more with the other reviewer that says ‘worst customer service ever”. The owner is a strange individual that is only interested if you are making an expensive purchase.
Stay away from Jae’s Jewelers if you value being treated with respect and decency!

At first, shopping for an engagement ring is a lot like shopping for a mattress. I’m initially lured in by something beauteous in the window, and then repelled by the usual lack of other shoppers and/​or idle salespeople I always feel are waiting to pounce.
We buzzed into Jae’s and immediately Jennifer came out to greet us. She listened to what we needed and mapped out a plan. Not too pounce-​y at all. We had the diamond from my fiancé’s family so we were looking for a setting and a jeweler to make it all come together. Her confidence and guidance made us feel like we were finally getting somewhere.
I had brought in a picture of a ring I liked, but couldn’t seem to find anywhere. The rings that were in the showcase were nice, but nothing quite the right shape. But wait! There’s more! They asked us to give them a couple of days to find some similar settings to the photo, and when we came back to look, there were about 4 – 5 rings to look at that matched the description.
The very last setting they showed me was like the runt of the litter. «You’re going to have to use your imagination on this one…,» they said. It was a raw white gold casting, straight outta the mold. Missing side-​stones, needing a polish, but it was the perfect shape.
I was so comfortable at that point with Jennifer and the jeweler at Jae’s, that I was willing to take a leap and chose the unfinished piece.
I said I wished the sides of the band had a little more «goin’ on,» she said they offer hand engraving as an option. It made the process a little longer, but it was affordable, added class and sparkle and makes my ring completely unique.
Throughout the process, Jennifer communicated via email with my (now) fiancé, remembered everything that we requested, answered our questions quickly and met our timeline and budget smack on the nose. In short, she’s kind of amazing.
Jae’s gave us the engagement ring shopping experience we were hoping for. They even said my ring came out so great they’re going to make one for the store. It was a huge success. Thanks to Jennifer and the staff at Jae’s for making the process so easy and delightful! We both can’t believe how the ring turned out exactly how I was imagining.

These guys are great! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The variety of jewelry available is impressive and of a high quality. Given my past experiences in the store, I would not hesitate to recommend Jae’s Jewelers to my family and friends.

Worst service ever, would not go here again even if they offered the jewelry for free
