I have gone to Dr Chen twice in the last 6 months both times for eye emergencies. Both times I went I had no appointments and still they did not hesitate and serviced me like if I was a regular. I show up the second time for the same reason as the first eye gets red like a tomato bc of allergic reaction/​contact overuse) with both kids, thank god for the Mickey Mouse club House playing the on TV, and the small table in the back with a toy…
Dr Chen examines both eyes thoroughly, gives me the magic eye drops, and my eye is cured. Place is clean, easy to find, and staff is nice. The staff is very nice however: I asked one of the staff members for the wifi password and they looked at me like If I had 4 heads lol. Seriously who doesn’t know about wifi in this day and age. Dr Chen is out of network in my insurance plan so unfortunately I can’t use him for regular appointments. I wish he would get on my insurance plan so I can have my vision checked regularly here. I recommend this place and would love I if Dr Chen would be covered with my insurance. I feel very comfortable here. Sincerely, four eyes.
