Super disappointed that they advertise they work «in the miami area» yet refused to do a simple job in brickell stating they «don’t go there»

Lee is great. I was looking for a reliable, honest, hard-​working and punctual handyman (so hard to find in Miami!) for a few minor jobs in our new home (add some shelves in closets, build some furniture, mount TV on the wall, install a mailbox pole etc.). I came across this business on Unilocal and contacted them by e-​mail. Lee responded with a quote very quickly and came over after a couple of days to do the job. He even sent an an appointment reminder and he showed up early!
He did a very good job and I called him again after a few days for some extra work.
I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

By chance, I found this repair specialist on line and it had a good company website. I called and Lee picked up who said he could be out in a few hours to give an on site estimate.
He arrived on time and to the minute. He looked at the work to be done then gave an estimate that also included minor repairs to an additional structure. He clearly explained the problem, how it would be fixed and with what type of materials.
5 minutes after he left, I received an email with the formal proposal. He offered flexible scheduling and was able to complete the job the next day. He repaired a loose wood fence section by attaching it with better quality materials than the original.
I would highly recommend calling Lee for any and all repairs that you need done. He is honest, dependable, efficient, accurate, professional businessman and skilled craftsman.
