I bought a vintage Omega Seamaster online through this company nearly one year ago. It was relatively expensive, at least for me, and several months ago I thought it had stopped working. The company warranted the watch for one year from purchase even though it was vintage, so I sent it back to them. It turned out that I hadn’t figured out how to wind it correctly, and they were incredibly polite about explaining this embarrassing fact to me.
But when I received the watch back from them, the crown was damaged so I had to send it back. Again, they were great about accepting it and within one week I had my watch back in perfect condition and didn’t have to pay anything for the repair. I’d buy again from these guys in a heartbeat.
