IHOP

The hostess had no idea what a senior citizen discount was therefore my husband and I had to pay full price, she then told us discounts only for police and military so my husband is a retired marine and we showed her his veterans id and she had no idea what it was, left us standing there like idiots as she went to ask and then denied us the discount cause my husbands service to this country was not enough, he had to be an active member, then they took us to a table and left us there with no menus, the food was mediocre, the only pleasant thing was the bus boy who was kind and was singing and very helpful and the company of my husband, this is one IHOP I hope goes away

Worst place ever !! Super rude people they didn’t welcome us when we arrived ! We waited like for 20 min and Another couple came in and got a table before us !! This company should check what kind of employees are they hiring !! Never coming back

This IHOP is at a terrible location parking sucks. This location is packed by the minute and soon this location might go bankrupt if they don’t figure out a way to relocate or make a bigger parking lot. The staff at this location is rude service was fast but food wasn’t good at all

Where do I begin… I was seated and want acknowledged for 10 minutes. I ordered an iced coffee. I got a cold coffee with a piece of melted ice. Not good. It tastes so artificial. Ordered the crêpe, eggs, hash brown, and bacon meal. It comes with two crepes so I asked for two more. I got two crepes that were perfect. I also got two crepes on a separate plate that had tons of strawberry syrup, it was leaking out of the plate (pretty gross looking and too sweet). My hash browns were too crispy and tasted a bit burned. I should have asked for eggs and bacon. I haven’t been asked if everything is ok or if I need anything else. I’ve been waiting for my check for some time now. I can’t stand bad service. Next time I see the guy with the large pearced/​enlarged ear lobes, I’m turning around and going elsewhere.

We couldn’t even eat here because the parking situation is atrocious on the weekends. Cars were double parks and stuck coming in and out because there was no space to maneuver around.
This IHOP is located on a very busy street in Miami and tight places are big no no’s here.
We ended up going elsewhere.

Pretty good just so packed and had to wait an hour for a table but the service I can say was like a C+ for my my first time visit, I always eat Denny’s but for sure I’m I’m going to I hops now

One of the worse experiences ive had. Our server was nice, but completely confused. We ordered the stuffed crêpe meal that comes with eggs, Bacon, toast and hashbrown. After 20 minutes the eggs, bavon and non-​stuffed crepes come out, no toast, no hashbrown. We send back the wrong crepes and stare at the eggs and bacon as they freeze waiting for the hashbrown and toast. After 10 minutes we hunted down our server and asked for our food since the eggs were pretty much frozen by then. We get everything when the crepes were done. Everything was cold, crepes were not good and toast was burned. We get the bill and were charged for every item separately. Hot mess! Never going back.
