That place was a complete hot mess i think they need to hire more people and add more registers at least around July and August the lines are forever long then if you are added patches to the shirts you must get in another line for that not to mention they dont have any parking! Yea you heard right no parking you must find parking on the side of the road and walk. Your best bet is too order everything online and save yourself from going to this spot the shirts with logos are also expensive there 15.99 and they run small. What i do is go buy the shirts at target or old navy when its tax free weekend and buy them for 5.00 and take them too Ibiley where they will add the logo and iron it on for $ 3.99. Also the bookbags and there accesorise are super expensive.

I went to Ibiley today to purchase uniforms for my children for school and was pleasantly surprised. The store was very well staffed with courteous and helpful employees on the floor and on the registers. My wait in line was minimal. The manager was very helpful. I was able to exchange polos that were embroidered in a way that would have been very uncomfortable to wear for new shirts with iron-​on patches. Then when I was done an employee gave me a ride to my car in a golf cart. It was a pleasure to shop at Ibiley today. Keep it up!

Buyer Beware!!! The new location serving Tampa is the worst business I’ve ever dealt with. Once you purchase their substandard product you are stuck with it. The no return policy serves them quite well. I wouldn’t want it back either. Very poor quality apparel. Not to mention they stocked the wrong product as specified by the school. In trying to work with the manager to get my money back he would only respond that «store policy is no returns». Like a robot with a smirk. I’ve never written a review before, good or bad, but this deserved action. Not sure who’s decision it was to contract with this scam, but I hope they learn from it.

I found MAS uniforms out of pure luck! Ordered online and my shirts were embroidered for my baby’s school. No more patches from ibiley!

Looks like there’s lots of money to be made in school uniforms, no parking, it’s a must mandated by the school to use this place, has no parkong, no customer aervice, delay delay delay lomg lines. just my thoughts.

I just went to buy some school shirts for my daughter. This is the time to go. The store was empty. Also, the price’s are really good.6 bucks for a girls polo… if you add the school logo its 9 dollars but, still really good price. At target, old navy, gap and other stores the polo’s are more expensive and they of course don’t come with the logo.

I would give then 0 stars — This store (and company) is a joke! It’s unfortunate that it’s the only store that has the patches required by my sons school– better said that doesn’t have the patches! They tell you over the phone that they have them and 10 min later when I arrived at the store, they had none. Then they say that they will embroider the shirts for the same price that I would have paid for the patch– WRONG AGAIN! After waiting in line for over an hour I wasn’t going to walk away with nothing so I agreed to pay for the embroidery. Some of the staff was very friendly but others didn’t even try to help. As a very upset parent of a pre-​k student I’m feeling like it might be a good idea to wait a few months and then buy 35 patches and not have to deal with this company until he goes to middle school

Not referring to this particular store but all of them in general. They are ok if you don’t mind bad service, terrible returns, poor customer service and miscommunication.
